Love it
Works fine for a while (months, even a year), but will always eventually lose you hours of time troubleshooting an issue caused by a simple copy-paste of a file.
Just opened the app and notice it’s been updated. And now I can no longer move files into folders by dragging. There are some other things that annoy me with the new update but this is one is a real let down for me.
This app has always been quite clunky and will crash quite often, but the latest update has made it unusable. It will not load any files when searched. In general the app has been quite good for what we use it for with work.
The search function is useless. For example, our family has spent most of our holidays over the last 20 years at the beach but if I search for beach I only get about 6 photos in the result
I have a work account that I access in Outlook but a personal account that I use in OneDrive and the Office apps. It always boots me out because it gives preference to my work account. I just want to access a spreadsheet I made on my iPad and saved to OneDrive but no it’s not available anywhere I look on my phone or Mac. I tried to do my taxes the other day, I had 3 hours available, the whole time was wasted trying to configure the apps to identify my personal account. I never got to even edit one cell in my spreadsheet! Last week tried to view my resume to check a date and I couldn’t even open it in Word. This is ridiculous.
Cannot open PDFs saved on my iPhone, they cannot be selected or deleted and just sit listed in the OneDrive app as ghost files. We ca no longer rely on OneDrive for our files on iPhone. We have repeatedly reported this bug to Microsoft over 2 months nobody has fixed the problem.
I bought the MS365 for my family and was happily surprised that we each got 1TB of OneDrive with it! Love the peace of mind!!!
