Microsoft OneDrive

The update removed a lot of special features that made One Drive better than Google Drive. After the update I can no longer attach files just by dragging after splitting the screen on my iPad. If documents are in a folder and I want to drag it to the right folder in the same folder, I no longer can. When you tick a document, you can no longer select multiple by dragging your finger down. Can you get these features back?

Intro: We started using OneDrive as our main Cloud Storage solution for our school just around a month ago (20-Sep-2015). In this time we have already exceeded 2Gb (shared) storage, and the platform is handling all requests efficiently and effortlessly. Feature Rich: It has proved to make our life much easier. For instance we upload Lesson Notes (Word), set HW schedules (Excel), animations (screen video capture), HWs (pdf). Its integration with Microsoft Office (iOS version) is of course exemplary and seamless. Support: A week ago I had an issue with shared folders on another account. The support team solved it just 4 days later (in ver 6.1.1). Ideas: The support forum is abound with ideas, and the developers pay close attention to it and do their utmost to provide their customers with the features they request. Competition: Although OneDrive was relatively a latecomer to the online Cloud Storage, it is proving to their competition that a good developer team that listens to people can still accomplish the top place. Final thoughts: Yesterday we held a parents meeting at our school, where one of the topics discussed was how to benefit from the OneDrive system adopted by our school. Before leaving, a parent told me this: “I wish I would start school all over again!”

I can’t get it due to device restrictions. Can you do??

You cannot download pictures from shared folders. Love the experience 🙌🏻. It amazes me how such critical functionality gets broken in updates.
