I can’t click the uploading tab and i have to open my phone the whole night so my files would be uploaded

I've downloaded and redownloaded several times, please fix this. The app just crashes, cant even open it.

I already tried to re-download the app multiple times and format my iPhone but it still keeps on crashing once opened. I’m on iOS 17.5.1.

Payment approved but app still on free subscription
I paid for a 100 gb plan and was charged but it still indicates that i am on a free plan hence I cannot use my outlook not sync my files. what are your tech support doing? i have lodged several tickets but to no avail. i hope you can rectify this soon or refund my payment. otherwise, i will lodge a complaint in my forum jurisdiction.
