Upgrade to a Microsoft 365 subscription
With a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription you get 1 TB of storage (1 TB of storage per person for up to 6 people with the Family subscription), OneDrive premium features, and access to all features in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote on iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, and you can install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on PCs or Macs.

To make an in-app purchase of a Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family subscription: open the app, tap the Me tab, then tap Get More Storage or the Go Premium diamond icon.
Subscriptions begin at $6.99 a month in the US, and can vary by region. Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand.
To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your iTunes account settings. A subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded during the active subscription period.

For you to sign into your work or school account on OneDrive, your organisation needs to have a qualifying OneDrive, SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 business subscription plan.

Not working on iPhone 15 pro max

I’ve uninstalled the APP too many time and reinstalled it but still the same. I try to open the APP and it shows onedrive cloud logo and get closed back every time i try

Lagging and small free space

It lags way too much and keeps pausing my downloads if i change the screen to another app

OneDrive crashes after iOS/iPadOS update 17.4.1

The iPad and iPhone Files App crashes after opening OneDrive on iPhones or iPads with the update 17.4.1 This also includes Google Drive.

Something went wrong

Whenever I'm trying to attach a document from one drive in my outlook it will always say something get wrong!!!

Security Problem

Lack of privacy. MS files are not secured and can be accessed directly from MS project without One Drive security (PIN).

How to remove multiple files??

I found out how to select already but how to move them to recycle bin? it’s not working idk. Also why I cannot click on location of a file and jump to the folder locating this file?

Account blocked for no reason

Hi all, Please be careful if you are using your account from multiple locations, i am having a nightmare with my account being disabled saying "unusual activity" on my account. I have around 60-70 GB files on my onedrive app and I am not able to login since 1 month, I am not even getting the security code on my phone which is a security proof on my account, they will ask you to recover your account through "Account recovery form" which is completely automated process, where they will ask you questions which are ages back such as when did I ordered last time for my skype, skype contact names, last contacted numbers on skype i mean how will a person remember such details if he had stopped using skype 5-6 years back. My subscription is still active for 100GB onedrive plan which I am paying every month, my phone number is active, my email id is active and still I cannot prove the ownership of my account. It's so frustrating when everytime I communicate their Contact support, every time they have the same thing to say, Every day you can try only twice with account recovery form and we don't even know which all answers we entered there is incorrect!! They just send an email saying that "Unfortunately we were unable to verify your ownership". I am even ready to present myself at their office to prove that I am the owner of my account. I am a resident of Dubai and an Indian Citizen so I use my account from both the locations whenever I am on vacation to India. I have entrusted Microsoft with my datas and now I don't have any access to my account completely. Think 100 times before uploading your datas on OneDrive and having any subscription.
