So broken and dysfunctional

Where is all my junk mail going?! Let me start by admitting to being a hotmail user since the dawn of the internet, a time that was far simpler and more intuitive. While there are increasingly more choices within the service these days to allow for some peoples very specific needs (probably a minority of users) it has evidently come at the cost of basic functionality. I hated the ‘focused’ inbox in recent times, which was essentially providing another badly-functioning junk mail filter on top of the existing terrible junk filter. I found myself regularly having to check all three places, and flagging and re-flagging junk and non junk, most of which were STILL appearing in the wrong places despite me checking “always send to inbox”. I was thrilled when recently I noticed I could adios the completely useless additional “Other” inbox. However, since having done that, I have noticed that no mail ever appears in my junk box, when there should be around 3 a day from certain spammy accounts that I still however want to receive and go through in my own time. These are not appearing in inbox either, which is very fishy. Occasionally junk also picked up very important business emails from first time senders. I hope I am not missing out on these, but how would I even know? You would think with AI & algorithms being what they are today, that it would be fairly easy to recognise and sort useful, personal emails from impersonal spammy ones. TLDR: bring back the simplicity of ancient times. I am not an obsolete dinosaur who can’t learn new skills. The developers have way overcomplicated Outlook’s basic functioning as well as the ease of use in settings. Heck I don't even care if they need to dispense with the junk box. Just give me full control again over all the emails I receive (or SHOULD be receiving). I’m just asking for the most basic level of function here: Inbox, deleted box. MAKE IT WORK!

It will be great if we can only use Microsoft to offer a package for all actions ,cloud , domain , mobile devices , PC , translation . We are fed up with too many googles and apple and meta etc

The savings

The savings of drafts are a bit wacky, but the email addresses are five star.

I transferred my accounts as I upgraded from iphone 12 to iphone 14 plus, and my one account of the three signs out every day and I seem not to get all my emails in comparison to what I have on my laptop, really bad experience. Fix that now.

Not all changes always come for the best: the “search” function has deteriorated a lot, moving mails to folders is sluggish, in other words … don’t continuously change without getting real benefits
