I use this app for tracking nearly everything. Don’t know what I’d do without it. The UI is easy and I know I’m only scratching the surface of the capabilities.
Saves everything for me
This is the best email system I’m allowed to use at work. No other system does better at work then the one I am allowed to use
Apple calendar is much better in 2 ways. if I put a location in, I can click on the location and go straight to maps. Outlook doesn’t do that. if I want to change the time, I can simply grab the appointment and move it right on the calendar, but Outlook doesn’t do that. Microsoft always has a bad habit of requiring you to click three or four different things to do anything. It is not user-friendly in these ways.
I really enjoy this app. I have on request for improvement, how to quickly unsubscribe from Spam. And quick and effectively report spam to ride it from our life.
Find emails easier!!!!!!!!!!
Very good for comunicating with teachers and other individuals!
I started using Outlook when iOS 18 came out because I am an Exchange user. Oddly, it seems odd that Apple does a better job in representing Exchange information on the iPhone than Microsoft does with iOS/iPadOS Outlook, but it is true. I also swiched to Outlook on my iPad to give it a chance to show me it's stuff. I don't hate EVERYTHING about Outlook. It is nice that I can set different sounds and signatures per account (though I've noticed that is now supported in iOS/iPadOS mail... may have been for some time). I also like the ability to empty all trashcans and junk folders at once. Things I dislike: 1. The FOCUS feature: needs to be configurable. Outlook puts far to many things I care about in the OTHER folder. 2. SOUNDS: why limit things to your selected set? I have lots of sounds on my iPhone and I would like to pick from those too! 3. Notifications: I DO NOT want to see a summary of EVERY email in order to get any email notifications at all. Why isn't that configurable? 4. iMap: I have 1 Exchange account and 5 iMap accounts. The iMap folders do NOT reflect messages I've read, moved or deleted from my computer. I have tried resetting, ensuring there is trailing slash, and deleting/re-adding accounts. None of this works. Telling me to reset my Network connections is unacceptable as I lose all of my saved WiFi passwords. 5. Using Contacts to send email: why won't Outlook make use of my iOS/iPadOS Contacts list for my iMap accounts? I have ALL of my contacts on the Exchange server, and they synch with my iOS/iPadOS contacts. Exchange is set as my primary account, and Outlook is accessing my Exchange Contacts (or is it my iOS/iPadOS contacts -- the former I think?) for Exchange emails. But it REFUSES to use my iOS/iPadOS contacts when I use my iMap accounts. Why? The only workaround I could find is to start all emails from my Exchange account, get the addressees in place, then switch the sending account. Doubly annoying when I am replying to an iMap message and need to add people to the list. 6. Moving a calendar appointment to a new time is terrible! Under iOS/iPadOS, I simply long press the appointment and drag it to a new spot. With Outlook, long press ALWAYS creates a new appointment. Instead, what Outlook requires is: (a) Short press the appointment, (b) select the Edit icon, (c) click on the date/time, (d) drag the appointment to a new location, (e) click the checkmark (ok), (f) click another checkmark, (f) click the Back arrow to return to
The new Outlook is Super easy to use and view
