Great Experience
I am using Outlook for work and the Mac version is now very well integrated with the corporate account.

Just terrible
No matter what I try -- app password or not -- nothing works. Microsoft really ought to debug their programs before releasing them
I had purchased Microsoft 365 for Mac back in 2019 and it worked fine. I got an email from Microsoft saying "Outlook is now free for all Mac users Try the redesigned Outlook for Mac, optimized for macOS. Now free and compatible with your personal email accounts." - when I installed it, the app is "OFFLINE" and can't be used to retrieve email at all WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I don't know how to get my email back to the original setting. RUBBISH!
Outlook for iOS/iPadOS is currently more capable than this app when it comes to sending email from an alias Microsoft already knows about.
It's great tool.
Enough already. First, it's listed here as the most current version, but the version I already have installed is newer. That's the best thing. However... Outlook and Office are examples of how you can not only fail to innovate, but just generally fail, year after year, simply because so many companies and people have to rely on these products. MS tried to allow users to choose between and older version of Outlook and a Newer version; the older version didn't let the user set up rules, but the newer folder didn't let the user create folders. Sorry.... both features are foundational to email. Even with a business account, MS help can't seem to get me to the point where my email syncs properly. I guess we should give them a bit more time to work the bugs out. Not a lot of things surprise me, and it's unsurprising that Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. have essentially remained unchanged and lacking any type of innovation. Currently looking for an alternative.
I'm tired of the restrictions that are in place beetween Apple and Microsort. All I want it a one-stop colution for my productivity apps - calendar, notes, and reminders. I've used Apple for years, and now that I'm required to use MS and windows, I keep running into workarounds that don't work. Outlook app for Mac, Outlook (PWA), Google, and Apple all limit each other in one way or another. Especially frustrating when I cannot use the outlook app with my employer but I can use outlook PWA.
Contact list does not work. It i simportant tool.
When I clerked in US DCT, I asked the Clerk if I could spend time working in the Clerk's office. I learned so much along with respect for being the only atty to ever do it. Problem is I did not file a case in USDCT in 30 years as went med school in between. Very useful CLE, and I never say that! Dale Robbins, MD, JD
