## Microsoft Planner Description
Sovelluksen käyttöön tarvitaan sopiva kaupallinen Office 365 -tilaus. Jos et ole varma, mikä tilaus yritykselläsi on käytössä tai mitä palveluita voit käyttää, ota yhteyttä yrityksen IT-osastoon.

Planner tarjoaa yksinkertaisen, visuaalisen tavan ryhmätöiden järjestämiseen. Plannerin avulla työryhmäsi voi kätevästi luoda uusia suunnitelmia, järjestää ja määrittää tehtäviä, jakaa tiedostoja, keskustella työtehtävistä ja saada päivityksiä edistymisestä.

– Työn visuaalinen järjestäminen –
Jokaisella suunnitelmalla on oma taulunsa, jossa tehtävät voi järjestää säilöihin. Voit luokitella tehtävät niiden tilan perusteella tai sen mukaan, kenelle ne on määritetty. Voit päivittää tilan tai muuttaa tehtäviä helposti vetämällä ja pudottamalla tehtäviä sarakkeesta toiseen.

– Näkyvyys –
Omat tehtävät -näkymässä on täydellinen luettelo kaikkien suunnitelmien kaikista tehtävistä ja niiden tilasta. Kun työskentelet suunnitelman parissa yhdessä muiden kanssa, ryhmän jäsenet tietävät aina, kuka tekee mitäkin.

– Tee yhteistyötä – 
Office 365:een suunnitellun Plannerin avulla voit työskennellä yhdessä muiden kanssa samojen tehtävien parissa, liittää kuvankaappauksia suoraan tehtäviin ja keskustella tehtävistä siirtymättä sovelluksesta toiseen. Plannerin ansiosta työryhmäsi kaikki keskustelut ja toimitukset pysyvät suunnitelman yhteydessä eivätkä hajaudu eri sovelluksiin.

– Toimii kaikissa laitteissa –
Planner toimii kaikissa laitteissa. Plannerin avulla kaikki pysyvät aina ajan tasalla tapahtumien osalta. Keskusteluja voidaan jatkaa ja tehtäviä päivittää joko työpöydän äärestä tai liikkeellä oltaessa.

Hyvä esimerkki on mielestäni tämä ”säilö”: mikä ihme se oiken on..?! Terminologia on kummallista, eikä se ainakaan minulle avaudu muiden palvelujen käyttökokemuksen kautta. In Teams one of the most important features for me is the guest access with I can use my own office365 account to access customer projects. This version (1.6.11) of planner seems not to support the feature. Currently useles for me. Need to us e pc version.
