When I open the app it only brings up the main screen with the logo, but nothing else can be seen and after half an hour of "loading" it does nothing. The whole thing is a big BUG

This new version wont open on my ipad and with the previous version i cant open any file. How can i fix it? I have a brand new ipad so the apps supposed to work.
The best app for communication!
This is not exaggeration, Teams is truly the best when it comes to communication. It is seamlessly cross platform. It has everything one can ask for. The only problem with it is that you can’t use it with friends outside of work. I can totally imagine this replacing all the communication apps I use.
