You should not have to approve an image of a check you just took a picture of. It also does not recognize a For Deposit Only stamp on the back as an authorization.

Latest update just opens to a blank white screen and then crashes. Tried reinstalling and receive the same results. Not good for a banking app!

My iPhone 7 doesn’t let me log in with fingerprint anymore. This is an issue since my iPhone got fixed. Every other app still works fine and my iPad still lets me log in with a finger scan. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I like being able to access my accounts any time and manage my cards and balances with immediate ease.

Are used to have a galaxy J7 which worked just fine until it died on me. I was able to get an iPhone 5, which I thought was a better phone. I download the app then it says to update the app which I did. Then it says it will down load the most recent version available. And then it loops from that point on so obviously there is a problem. Message to the developers: Make sure it's backwards compatible!

I only use it to deposit checks. Failed consistently, then worked for a few, and now fails for all checks. Various errors. Most of the time it asks to retake the picture...and then still fails. Buggy, buggy, buggy. Horrible.

I love how easy it is to deposit a check, view my balances, transfer money, find an ATM and pay my bills with this app! I can even send money to someone's cell phone. I can do everything I used to do in the branch right from my phone. Great app!

The version available through iTunes is not the same as what is featured on the bank's website. There is no 'Deposit' option as shown in the virtual tour on the bank's website and as mentioned in the app's description.
