## MIDFLORIDA Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Facial ID Error"
This new update is so annoying. The fact that I have to put in my password because my Face ID no longer works with the app is so frustrating!!! WTH happened! I would love to go back to how it was before. 🙄
-- linderpp, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Mobile app"
Been locked from mobile app for several days. Have reinstalled app numerous times n still same issues, also looks like icon on my device has changed
-- hotdog huff, 2024-12-14

### ***-- "TouchID problem"
I used to be able to use Touch ID to log in. However, about month ago, I started getting the message “we have detected a change to your Biometric Authentication settings on this device…please log out to reset your Biometric Authentication”. I log out every time I finish using the app. I updated the app, no help. Deleted and reinstalled it, no help. I don’t have this problem on any other app that has Touch ID enabled. I can log in using my normal credentials but I prefer Touch ID as it’s easier and more secure. The app is fine once I’m logged in. I’m just frustrated by this odd inability to use biometric authentication.

### ***** "Mobile app"
The easiest and most flexible cash back redemption I have ever seen. Better than the big banks. I can turn the cash back into actual cash immediately.
-- Cubo FL, 2024-11-20

### ****- "Please increase font size"
Overall the app functions well. But the font size is too small to read. UI/UX and dev team, please prioritize this. Thank you.
-- Josh Qin, 2024-10-09

### **--- "Needs a LOT of work"
The Face ID feature doesn’t work at all, it also won’t pull the password out of saved passwords on my iPhone. I have to type in my password every time I try to use the app.
-- L'il Red Wagon, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Frustrated"
This app inconsistent bug makes me wanna leave the entire credit union.
-- Bankingappsuks, 2024-09-20

### ***-- "Face ID issues"
Face ID doesn’t always work. Sometimes the button for Face ID is missing on the log in screen, I have to hit log in then go back from the error screen for the Face ID button to show up. Also the back button sometimes doesn’t work in the app, like when I’m checking my accounts and want to go back to the main page the back button doesn’t do anything and I have to restart the app.
-- Tom_325, 2024-07-14

### **--- "Need to be laid out differently"
The app is too high on the screen your options tab and settings button are all the way up by the time and battery life icons on iphone. In order to hit those options u have to press below the actual button. Very frustrating and has to be very confusing for people that arent tech savvy.
-- Kizlo33, 2024-03-16

### ***-- "Disappointing"
Was working okay… but bugs are not permitting me to use it; which is a disappointment.
