Can never access account. Worst app. -- lundin1986, 2026-01-06 ### *---- "Can’t even sign in" I’ve never been able to sign into this app at all. Every time, I get a “Single Sign-On Error”. Not a password issue, just a “we can’t log you in because of an error” message. I thought that maybe updating to latest version of the app might help, but no dice. Would be nice to be able to view my account this way, but I guess I’m stuck with my computer’s web browser for that. Disappointing. -- pbbbbbbbbbbt!, 2025-01-23 ### *---- "Shady billing" Term life insurance policy doubled then they never sent updated quarterly bills causing g cash value to plummet . We paid into this account for 30 years and now are being forced out of being able to afford it. Called customer service numerous times and they were not helpful to explain . Customer service takes down to you when asking simple questions and would not want to use any of there products again after this one. Also they are based on South Dakota where there is lots of shady business stuff being done.
