## MidSouth Fiber Internet Reviews in United States

### *---- "WORTHLESS"
App crashes, can’t see your devices, can’t re-enable them, awful redesign, awful experience, awful app. 0/10 would not recommend
-- efnorckj, 2025-11-15

### *---- "Worse with time"
I used to use this app to set restrictions on my kids’ phones to prevent them from accessing content. I guess an update was done. Restrictions are no longer even on there. The only thing the app does is show what devices are on the network and you can set a time limit for connection. Without the restrictions the app is now useless to me. It use to be a nice, free service that helped me but no more. Pretty disappointed.
-- KLK2H, 2025-08-22

### *---- "Does Not Work"
This app does not work on iPhones.
-- mads62!, 2025-04-06

### ***** "It’s all in the details"
Great detail orientated app. I love knowing everything that’s going on with my internet.
-- Madind, 2024-12-25

### ***** "Crazy Fast"
We switched to Mid-South Fiber several months ago. The speed is off the charts! I just ran a speed check -Download 677.10, Upload 444.27. My previous provider was reaching 50 on downloads on a good day. There have been a few interruptions in the service but always brief. I’m very happy!
-- stall to spin, 2023-03-27

### ***** "Best Over All The Rest"
Best Internet ever out here in Grimes County!!!🙌
If I could give it a 10 I would 😁
Thanks Midsouth Fiber you have a customer forever😊
-- Godbless credit Karma, 2022-10-05

### **--- "Great but doesn’t work right after update"
Ever since the app updated and has a new style I cannot get to all the devices. The app will not allow me to scroll down and when I click to change the sort type it closes the app. Please fix!
-- Lee ", 2022-09-10

### ***** "Finally !"
For living country side it’s been years since we could get any type of network for internet. Now with this fiber optic internet we can stream, do our schoolwork, and enjoy a movie or two for just a a fraction of the price all other local companies wanted to charge. No $1500 fee for a tower in the yard or ugly dish outside the house. Fast reliable and great speed
-- Jori Klentz, 2022-08-17

### ***** "Great customer service"
Would highly recommend using mid south hands down over any other carrier or service
-- RDMTexad, 2022-05-24

### ***** "Wonderful!!"
Wonderful service and dang fast internet.
