## Midtown Reviews in United States

### ****- "Good first step"
The app does a good job at the tasks it can do. For me, one of the biggest functions missing is the ability to get a copy of my billing statement off my phone. Right now it is a multi step process and a pain when all that is needed is the ability to email the PDF view. The other issue I’ve seen is that reservations made on the phone are not always matched with what the front desk has.

### ****- "Calendar Integration"
Love the app. Only issue is the Export To Calendar feature give an error that I don’t have a calendar app on my phone. I use Google Calendar exclusively in my iPhone so I’m not sure why the app thinks I don’t have a calendar app.

### ***** "Great app"
Easy to find and book classes. Great ability to export them to your personal calendar.

### *---- "Bring back the web portal!"
I hate that there’s no way to manage my account on my desktop anymore. A phone screen is not an ideal UI for viewing a calendar of classes!
-- crdominguez3, 2025-06-07

### ***** "Love it!"
Love having everything in one place, most of all the ease of looking through the weekly schedule. And they do a great job of keeping instructor subs up to date. Love that it lets you add your classes to the calendar of your choice now! My hope for the next update is that you can click into the details of a class without it taking you back to the top of the day every time when you go back to the schedule; but for an app that’s only been around for a couple months it’s really well done!
-- AnonLW, 2025-06-02

### **--- "Needs QRcode"
Does not have basic functionality to check in using app
-- KRZ34, 2025-05-17

### ***-- "Why get rid of the website?"
The app is fine but the website should have stayed live. I prefer to make changes to my membership on a desktop, as well as booking programs and seeing schedules.
-- gm383, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Classes search"
You need to add the ability to search kids classes by class name. It is impossible to scroll through the list by day and time and piece together which classes might work for our family with multiple kids in different swimming or tennis classes. This is a huge loss of functionality vs the website.
-- Sarah77995, 2025-01-22

### ****- "Good app, but needs improvement"
The Midtown Athletic Club app is great, but there are a few areas for improvement. One major issue is the hours not being accurate. For example, today I went to the cafeteria at the Windy Hill Athletic Club. The app says the café closes at 6 PM, but when I arrived at 5:39, I was told the kitchen had closed at 5:30! This kind of inconsistency is really frustrating—please update the hours so they’re accurate.

It would also be nice to have a calendar integration system for scheduling classes and events. Another suggestion: make the athletic club membership barcode accessible through the app. I don’t like carrying a keychain around, so having it digitally would be a big plus.

Despite these points, the app is still better than nothing!

### *---- "Account and Transaction History Information"
I need access my account statement and transaction history on my computer and not my phone. I can’t even email these documents to myself from the app. This is a #fail,
