You can use the Midttrafik app to purchase single trip tickets, multiride tickets, transit tickets and youth cards for Midttrafik buses, Letbanen and Midtjyske Jernbaner.
Single trip tickets and multiride tickets purchased on the app cannot be used on Arriva or DSB trains.
Transit tickets and youth cards purchased on the app can be used for Midttrafik's buses, Letbanen, Midtjyske Jernbaner as well as Arriva's and DSB's trains.
You can purchase:
Multiride tickets
Single trip tickets
Transit tickets
Youth cards
Special tickets (for example, tickets to Djurs Sommerland)
You need to create an account and decide how to pay before you can use the Midtttrafik app.
You can pay using MobilePay, Apple Pay or register a payment card (Dankort, Visa, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express) to your account.
If your phone’s language settings are set to English, the Midttrafik app will use an English user interface. You can also switch the language in the settings menu.
Remember:
• Purchase your mobile ticket before you start your journey and before boarding.
• Make sure you have an internet connection to purchase your ticket, although you don’t need an internet connection to show your ticket.
• Make sure your phone has enough power for the whole journey so that you can present your ticket at the ticket control.
• Your phone must be intact so that the ticket is readable on the screen at the ticket control.
• Single trip tickets and multiride tickets purchased on the Midttrafik app are only valid within the Midttrafik region for journeys on Midttrafik buses or Midtjyske Jernbaner.
• Single trip tickets and multiride tickets purchased on the Midttrafik app are not valid for journeys on Arriva or DSB trains.
• Transit tickets and youth cards purchased on the app can be used for Midttrafik's buses, Letbanen, Midtjyske Jernbaner as well as Arriva's and DSB's trains.

Bad UX/UI decisions
The app works but the user interface design could be a lot clearer. It does not make sense to use ‘Red’ as one of the colours that indicate a valid ticket. Please revise this.
Ustabil app
Appen er ustabil med hensyn til at hente billetterne. For en app hvis primære formål er billetkøb, er det ikke godt nok. Designet på app’en er fin nok.

Meget nem at bruge !
Refundering
Jeg kom til at købe to forkerte enkeltbilletter😕 men da man ikke kan refunder sine billetter. Så er det lidt trælst. Og jeg ved godt at det er svært at lave et refundering system for busbilletter. Men noget skulle man kun gøre.
Horrible Youth Cards
Every time o buy a youth card, it’s always until the 28th or 29th making me unable to get on the bus on the two last days of the month.

Det er en super nem app
Mådelig præstation
Man kan købe en billet til et givent antal zoner, men der er ingen måde at se, hvor mange zoner, der kræves til en given destination. Defaultindstillingen er til en børnebillet. Det opfordrer til køb af en ugyldig billet. Defaultindstillingen forbliver en børnebillet også efter køb af en voksenbillet - WHY?
Ville bare gerne med bussen
Prøvede at komme hjem med rejsekort, men man skulle hente denne app! Gider ikke flere apps på min telefon
