## Midwest Bank Illinois Reviews in United States

### ***** "MBWI: online banking"
I use an iPhone and photo ID. Setup was secure and use is excellent! I appreciate that the MBWI in Monmouth has made such effective strides in current technology and customer convenience such a high priority. -A verrry long customer, both personally and professionally.
-- SantaJude, 2024-03-08

### ***** "Very well designed"
It’s all there. Easy to read and make transactions. Love the face recognition on my iPhone 11.
Real time updates on debit amounts.
Never any errors!
The errors are all on my side!

Thanks
-- Brewup2, 2023-09-15

### ***** "Review"
Why doesn’t my credit score show on here anymore? I believe I preferred the previous format better . It’s hard to remove a paid off loan .
-- Why ? 22, 2023-05-16

### ***** "Nice new way to pay bills!"
Easier the new way! Bigger letters!
-- TwinRichard, 2021-09-14

### ***** "JF"
EB is a great asset to Midwest Bank! Thank you for the hard work to make it happen.
-- User 1M, 2021-04-11

### *---- "Can’t get into my account"
It’s making me reset my password and I have completed all the steps and followed each specific instruction and I hit continue and nothing happens
-- howdy doo pardneer, 2020-12-26

### **--- "Frustrating beyond belief. Banking should be simpler than this."
I mean, if you’re looking to use this strictly to remote deposit checks, I guess this would technically be adequate. The spending breakdown is nice, but much more accessible through an app like Mint, and not useable in place of a printed statement for documentation purposes with other financial institutions. But the constant changing of login info? Locking you out after three login attempts when you just made me change the dang password AGAIN and I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH FRIGGIN ONE IT IS ANYMORE? Nah man, not worth it. But hey, knock yourself out, I guess.
-- (I can't think of a name), 2019-10-10

### ***** "Small for a iPad"
Looks like it worked fine on this iPad but with footprint of a phone!
I would expect that they just made in small for the iPhone and intend us to use it on the iPad but I will go to full site rather this use it on the iPad!
-- Illolson, 2018-10-10

### *---- "Doesn’t Work on iPhone X"
The app doesn’t currently work on iPhone X. It starts loading up and then just crashes.
-- TrentonCM, 2018-03-14

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK"
I keep getting an error page wen I go to get an activation code. Plz fix this!!
