With MobileControl, you can control all network-enabled Miele domestic appliances quickly and conveniently using your smartphone or tablet. This means you can access your washing machine, dishwasher, or oven at any time and select the program, the start pre-selection or other options, for example.
FoodView – how are things looking in the oven?
A camera integrated into the ceiling of the oven shows you what your food looks like via your smartphone or tablet. If you need to, you can adjust the function settings on your networked oven via your mobile device.
CookAssist – the secret to perfect roasting results
Miele CookAssist not only helps you to cook the perfect steak, it is also available for a wide range of other dishes. Thanks to the step-by-step instructions in the Miele app, temperatures and cooking durations are automatically transferred to the TempControl cooktop. All you need to do is confirm the settings.
Food Service – order conveniently online
So that you can cook the desired recipe as soon as possible without any great effort, simply order the food you need online directly via a link within the app. To do this, select the recipe you want to cook and a link directs you to online retailers.
CareAssistant – fresh and crease-free for longer
Are you out and about and not able to take your laundry out of the machine right away? Don’t worry, your CareAssistant function ensures that it remains fresh for a long time. You can use the app to extend the Anti-crease phase by 30 minutes up to a maximum of three times.
AutoStart – programmed starting via the app
With the AutoStart function, your dishwasher can be programmed via the app to always begin washing automatically at preset times. Thanks to AutoDos and PowerDisk there is always sufficient detergent available so that the appliance can get to work autonomously.
ShopConnect – order cleaning products quickly and easily via the app
With ShopConnect, you can conveniently reorder Miele consumer goods and accessories from a mobile device. If your stocks of Miele cleaning products or coffee are running low, you will receive a Push notification. You can then order supplies from the app in just a few clicks.

Keine Verbindung zu Geräten
Seit dem letzten Update unbrauchbar. Geräte werden nicht mehr erkannt und es kommt ständig die Fehlermeldung, dass ein technisches Problem vorliegt.
Horrible App
Where can I start? This app is absolutely terrible. Its slow, laggy, and frequently crashes. The menu frequently glitches and doesn’t function properly, forcing you to close and reopen the app. I have this app connected to my washing machine, sometimes when it’s washing my laundry it decides to message me with „your cycle has been adjusted”, which means that the app decided I don’t need a rinse / spin cycle so all my clothes come out sopping wet! Amazing!
Unterirdisch
Nach 2 Jahren versuchte ich nochmal meinen €3000 Kaffeeautomaten mit der App zu verbinden, in der Hoffnung, Miele hat es mal geschafft. Fehlanzeige! Wie damals “Serverfehler” beim Versuch die Maschine online zu bekommen. Ihr solltet das Thema Smarthome und IOT wirklich Profis überlassen.
Schrott
Auch nach über einer Stunde ist es mir als IT-Fachmann nicht gelungen, den Tiefkühlschrank mit meinem WLAN zu verbinden. Das Teil verbindet sich laut App angeblich mit dem Netz, meldet sich aber nie beim DHCP-Server an und die App dreht ewig… Sorry Miele: Holt euch chinesische Ingenieure, die können das besser. Konto und App gelöscht.
APP für Geräteverbindungen nicht Userfreundlich
Nach verschiedenen Anläufen und Versuchen auch via WPS wurde eine Verbindung zu meiner Waschmaschine WCD660 nicht hergestellt. No Connection. Auch bei der die letzte App-Version war die Herstellung einer Verbindung mühsam. Zudem funktionierte der Startbefehl des Waschvorganges auf der APP nicht, da immer die Fehlermeldung: Internal Server Error ..500… erschien.
Gateway wird nur noch mit Verzögerung gezeigt und Push nicht mehr
Ist wirklich übel
Unbrauchbar
Die App stürzt nach dem updaten beim erneuten anmelden dreimal ab. Inhaltlich ist sie auch nicht viel besser, ich möchte parameter an der Maschine verändern, z.b. soll sie nicht immer nach dem Klarspühler fragen oder ich möchte ein anderes Standardprogramm als eco. Das wäre ein Mehrwert, aber solange sich die Maschine nicht selbst einräumt muss ich sie nicht von der App starten können :-)
Peobleme naxh update auf 18.3.1
Leider geht nach dem update gar nichts mehr - v. a. keine Meldung der Waschmaschine mehr, wenn Programm beendet ist (die wichtigste Information)
Aktuell läuft die App gar nicht rund
Wird altuell an der App was geändert? Bei mir läuft sie jedenfalls gar nicht mehr rund 😕
