One of the key reasons I bought this app was to monitor door open or close status via my smart phone, and also for the auto close feature. This auto close feature is not working. The setting keeps reverting back to disabled. I just came home and found my door had been open for hours.
Known issues not updated for
It’s been YEARS and they’ve not updated the app to function properly in all the phone op system updates. If you allow your ios updates, the app won’t work with it and yet they continue selling their “smart” connectivity products, not supporting the necessary app improvements. They give you the run around pretending they’re working on it… they’re NOT! Buyer beware.
Garbage
I really wanted so bad to like this and I went with this whole system over $1000 and I know how to do this kind of stuff and I can’t get it to work. I should’ve looked at the ratings. I probably wouldn’t even went with Mighty Mule jokes on me.

Don’t waste your time and money
The MMS100 internet bridge needed to use the wireless system and this app is a nightmare! After many hours of attempting to connect the bridges (returned the first one to see if the unit was faulty - same issues with the second unit), reviewing the Nice Technical Bulletin (the necessity for a troubleshooting tech bulletin is another indication of the common problems with the product), the purchase of a dedicated 2.4 GHz (that didn’t fix it either), and multiple calls to Mighty Mule’s Tech Support, I can authoritatively say “the app and internet bridge is a waste of time and money.”
Stop asking me to change my setting for the app
I selected to only use gps while in app and to not send notifications. Have only opened the app twice and both times it has asked me to allow both to be changed.
Wcen with limited usage I understand why it has so many crappy ratings

This app is garbage. Everyone here has said it. I should have checked/listened before I bought it. The geo fencing and scheduling features do not work at all. The device constantly loses connection and, as some others have mentioned, sometimes my gate just randomly opens. Clearly they don’t care as this app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years.
App is trash; hasn’t had a notable update in years
God forbid somebody has an emergency where they need to depend on this app actually opening the gate as designed. Half the time it can’t connect to GTO servers and the other half, you have to hit the button multiple times.

Will not pair, freezes, resets don’t work, turn back immidistly and run away from this app
Which is worse?
I’m not sure which is worse, the app or the wireless gate system. Both are terrible.
I was out trying to get the wireless driveway sensor working last week when the UPS driver showed up. I mentioned I was having trouble and he just laughed. “You and everyone else bro” was his reply. “These new systems are junk!”
When my wireless keypad doesn’t work, which is about 60% of the time, I try the app but mostly I just get out of the car, pull the pin out off the gate arm and leave the gate open.
Tech support is a joke.
