MigraineMentor is an app that helps identify and manage headaches, including migraine, tension-type headache, cluster headache, menstrual headache, medication overuse headache, post-traumatic headache. MigraineMentor was developed by leading board-certified headache specialists, headache patients, and experts in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
MigraineMentor is not a simple calendar or feel-good game. It is a serious tool for patients who want to get their migraine and other headaches under better control. The first time you open the BonTriage MigraineMentor app, you will be asked a short series of questions to help diagnose your headaches. It takes about 5 minutes. Once completed, you will see a Compass plot diagram of your headache with your initial headache score, which you can track over time as your headaches improve. Within just a few weeks you will see trend screens showing your progress. Check in with the MigraineMentor for less than 3 minutes each day regardless of whether you have a headache or not. The MigraineMentor monitors your sleep, exercise, eating patterns, and medication use as well as suspected triggers like weather changes, stress, menstrual cycle, and others. With daily use, the app learns what prevents your headaches and which triggers set them off. Easy to understand charts help you see the real connection between positive behaviors, triggers, treatments, and your headaches.
With just a few minutes each day, you will learn to optimally manage your migraine and other headaches. Your doctor will appreciate the real time data you accumulate and you will soon enjoy more symptom-free days, and be better prepared to manage your headaches.

Migraine Mentor FAQ
Is Migraine Mentor free?
Yes, Migraine Mentor is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Migraine Mentor legit?
⚠️ The Migraine Mentor app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I loved this app and, as I get chronic headaches, I would use it every single day. Today, however, it has consistently been crashing telling me that it’s not connecting to network. I have tried it on my cellular data, as well as my home WiFi. It still crashes. Nothing else crashes.
Unable to login
I installed the App and completed the questionnaire, after I entered my email and created a password, I was unable to verify my password.
So I went to website, did the questionnaire again, created a password.
However password does not work for App.
Frustrating, I can’t login to enter my daily headache details.
Needs fixing.
Please include Med Tracker
Please include a method to track how often you take each medication in a given month/week/period. This is useful for avoiding withdrawal headaches
Could not use
I heard about this app and sounded like it would be a great help with my Migraines. However, with the initial assessment it asks about head pain. I have Silent Migraines with Aura. There was no way to specify no pain in the options. Since there was no way to finish the assessment, I could not use.
Fix it. Major bugs.
Asks all the right questions but it glitches A LOT. It keeps logging me out when I wanna get my results or try to sign on with Facebook or google. It won’t let me sign in and logs me off.
Don’t bother. Seriously buggy.
Wouldn’t let me register (the screen where you confirm your password doesn’t take data). Then, when I tried to use the app anyway, the calendar screen kept crashing. Sigh. It looked like it had so much promise.
Won’t let me register
I have been trying to register and use this app for several days now. I get through all the questions, enter my email address and password and then it won’t let me type in the box where I need to confirm my email address. I contacted support and all they did was provide me with my email address and password. I can’t login with them though because I’m not registered. If I didn’t already have a migraine it would give me one.
This app is great but don't forget your password!
I had been using this app successfully for months and began to experience a little bit of weird behavior. I reinstalled it, and tried to sign in, but couldn't remember my password. You can reset your password from the website, but the link doesn't work, claiming "Reset token is invalid", every time. If you attempt to guess too many passwords, you get locked out of your account.
There is only one contact email on the website and I have received no response. I liked the app enough to make another account and start all over with no history of data, but beware!
I started to experience weird behavior again today and so I uninstalled and reinstalled and was unable to login with Google, or remember my password, so now I'm stuck in the same situation again.
It's really too bad.
Bug Fix?
no matter what I put in, it tracks headache as ongoing, even if i say no when it asks.
Almost good
App is a good high-level design, but is lacking in a one major area re data entry and there are some other small bugs and annoyances. In order to enter a headache you have to go through the whole behaviors dialogue again. AND making that much worse is the fact that is doesn’t pull-up your past answers - you have to remember/answer them again. What a headache. The merging of everything into a single dialogue makes the main app screen look nice with only a single big plus + button to touch, but headaches and daily behaviors should be a separate transaction. Also, the text boxes are the exact color of the cursor, so it is very difficult to enter and edit text in the freeform boxes because you can’t see the cursor. I also have a case where I entered a 1:45PM to 11:55 PM headache, and the app registers it as 9 minutes. I had to reenter another headache to get the other 10 hours recorded (that is another minor thing, once a headache is entered you can’t ever edit it or change it; and it would be nice to enter a headache at the start and then go back and edit it to add the ending). I’m going to go up to 3 stars, because the in-app graphing feature is nice, the online integration seems promising, it is free, and I think overall the app is very promising. I’d love to see the developer work on it a bit more, it just needs some work on the UX for data entry and some more testing.
