MIISKIN APP FEATURES
Via the Miiskin app you can consult an online dermatologist licensed in your state, and get a response in 1 - 2 business days.

Common conditions typically addressed include:

- Acne: Ranging from mild to severe, including initial treatment and ongoing management.
- Hair loss: Including androgenic alopecia, telogen effluvium, and other non-scarring types of alopecia.
- Anti-aging and cosmetic concerns: Fine lines, wrinkles, and skin texture issues that can be improved with prescription creams like tretinoin.
- Rosacea: Flare management and long-term prescription care.
- Eczema and dermatitis: Atopic dermatitis, hand eczema, contact dermatitis, and related conditions.

The Miiskin app connects patients with independent dermatologists who offer virtual care through their private practices. Miiskin does not interfere with their practice of medicine and does not sell or distribute any medications. All prescriptions are fulfilled via third party online or local pharmacies.

This shift reflects the Miiskin’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for accessible, affordable, and expert-led dermatological care through technology. The features for patients looking to keep an eye on their skin are still available in the app.

MIISKIN PREMIUM
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Had the provider say they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. They never did. After waiting a while for the provider to send it in, the app would not let me message them without spending an extra 25 dollars. When I submitted a support ticket an automated message said they won’t get to it for several days. My interaction with the provider was excellent, however the app is horrible.

Please do NOT download and use this app. I launched it and saw when it asked if I wanted the free month trial and then be charged monthly after that I did not want to commit to a trial so o just closed the app and then MULTIPLE charges shows up on my credit card associated with my Apple account. There were multiple $9.99 charges and then multiple $5.55 charges!

I have a lot of moles all over my body, so I need a good way to keep track of them. I have been disappointed by a lot of the free apps, many of which seem to have design flaws that never get fixed, or they just get abandoned altogether after a few updates. I finally decided to subscribe to Miiskin this week in the hope that paying for an app will actually help it continue to improve over the long term. I figure the subscription is about as much as the copay for my dermatologist, so it’s not too bad. And as I have explored the app, I have been really pleased. There are a lot of useful features and they seem to work. I really like having the ability to import older pictures, and to add notes to all the photos. The photo taking interface is easy to use, and the pictures are really clear. The pin protection feature for the photos is a good safeguard. And the process for exporting photos seems to be easy, too. I hope the app continues to improve, though. Automated views from the left and right sides, and perhaps other hard to reach areas, would be great - I have a lot of moles that aren’t visible in typical front and back views. And I would be really glad to have something like the automatic face tracking feature that worked on any part of the body where there was a skin problem. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone with lots and lots of moles.
