U maakt afspraken, bekijkt onderzoeksuitslagen of stuurt een bericht aan uw zorgteam. Gewoon thuis op de bank op een moment dat het voor u uitkomt. U heeft zo meer inzicht in uw gezondheid en kunt samen met uw zorgverlener betere keuzes maken. Log snel en gemakkelijk in met DigiD en sms-controle of met de DigiD app. Bent u al patiënt in het Spaarne Gasthuis of heeft u een verwijzing van uw huisarts? Dan heeft u meteen toegang tot uw account van MijnSpaarneGasthuis. Met MijnSpaarneGasthuis kunt u: • Een bericht sturen aan uw zorgteam. • Vragenlijsten invullen die nodig zijn voor uw behandeling. • Uitslagen van onderzoeken inzien, zoals radiologieverslagen en bloeduitslagen. • Een afspraak maken, verzetten of afzeggen. • Beeldbellen met uw zorgverlener. • Uzelf op de wachtlijst plaatsen voor een sneller polikliniekbezoek. • Foto’s meesturen in uw bericht aan het zorgteam. • Uw partner, ouder of kind machtigen om mee te kijken in uw dossier. • Uw medicijnen bekijken en wijzigen. • Herhaalrecepten aanvragen. • Uw allergie-informatie bijwerken. • Na afloop van uw afspraak de bezoeksamenvatting inzien. • Alle brieven bekijken, bijvoorbeeld de brief die uw behandelaar aan uw huisarts verstuurt. • Uw actuele gezondheidsproblemen inzien. • Het overzicht van uw medische voorgeschiedenis en chirurgische ingrepen bekijken. • Folders inzien. Voor enkele aandoeningen is het mogelijk om de MijnSpaarnaGasthuis app te koppelen aan Apple Health, de gezondheidsapp van Apple die standaard op uw iPhone zit. Uw zorgteam informeert u als u hiervan gebruik kunt maken en geeft u instructie hoe u de apps kunt koppelen. Mocht je er na aantal keren proberen wel doorkomen en heb je veel tijd besteedt aan het invullen, dan klapt ie er op het laatste moment bij verzenden alsnog uit. Of, zoals nu, krijg ik een week later een bericht of ik de vragenlijsten wil invullen.
