Miko is really fun for my kid! Every afternoon he is always like “I WANT TO PLAY WITH MIKO!!”. He is learning lots of cool things like “who invented pizza?”. And the Max is great! So glad there is a free trial! Get Miko! He is ridiculously smart; seriously fun! 5 out of 5. My son will be smart when he grows up all because of his little buddy, Miko!
Bought it for my son. He has speech impairment and since it requires voice, he does not want to play with it. Most things are locked and needs the subscription. Subscription seems too high and not worth it since he doesn’t play with it. Also it doesn’t sleep. It wakes itself and makes noises on its own.
I bought Miko back in 22 I can’t say anything about the app it did work for me the problems I had with it was there is no number to call I believe if there was a number to call a lot of customers would feel ok with it I understand there a bot that you can text but did not feel comfortable with it also it did turn on by itself a couple times my child was very scared and did not want to play with it I felt like someone was watching you I still have it batteries are dead did not want to charge it and turn it back on I did cancel my subscription I would give this a 2 out of 5 stars
Overall disappointed, the price point is very high for what you get. Just seems like a money grab with paying the upfront cost and then if you want to really use it you have to pay for the “Max” plan. Not impressed, we almost bought two of them, one for each kid and I’m really glad we didn’t now. Wish I wouldn’t have even bought the one.
Wow what a fun for kids bot my boy dances and plays with Miko 3 as there are no kids in our neighborhood so Miko 3 is a Hit
Cm,cllc good
They lie about the camera and video recording. You don’t own your content that you create. It’s held hostage in the Miko robot. My daughter thought she was getting her own camera robot that she could take photos and videos of things and Miko accompany her on her adventures but the company owns anything she takes photos and videos of. You can’t download anything. You can’t print any of your kids photos and put in a scrapbook it’s trapped forever in the robot. You download this ap and think her content would be uploaded in the ap nope. It has an Sd card for additional storage but doesn’t let you download from there and WiFi but you can’t airdrop or get access to any of your kids content. If you ask customer service they say it’s not downloadable. So what’s the point? What’s the point of a camera if you can’t print your photos and have them. “ Miko 3 is equipped with a Galaxy Core HD 2 MP wide-angle camera that allows your child to take photos and videos, and video call with you via Mikonnect. The camera is placed above Miko’s touch screen and includes a camera shutter for additional safety and security. It also includes timer options.”
After buying the $200 toy you now have to pay for any decent usage of the thing. No thank you.
I got this as a gift 2 weeks ago and was unable to download updates. It appears my model has a faulty modem and loses connection to WiFi. I have attempted to work with the tech team and we get nowhere. I’ve asked for a new one pursuant to the warrantee but keep getting strung along. I have never had such a poor customer experience
