App is only on English, would be nice to see German in the future.

Been a backer from the beginning. Love my two milas and they do their job just fine. Hardware is very Good - no complaints there! Software is promising but has lots of room for improvement. HomeKit, better profile management, more silent modes and so on need to be improved. Will update the review when things improve! Also I would like to be able to purchase the filters w/o buying another Mila! ;) But for People interested to buy one: Hardware 5/5 Software 3/5 - so far!

The hardware is nice. The software not. In Automagic Mila runs 24/7. That’s totally unnecessary. If the air is sufficiently clean it should be shut off. I don’t need 7x safety and no particle since 20 hours. But silence would be nice. There’s a sleep mode and Mila runs on 20%. Nobody sleep if this sleep mode is on. Why not clean the air once with the turn down service and then shut off. Maybe turn on with 5-10% and then shut off again. You can’t set the sleep mode longer then 11 hours with this fancy rotation control in the app. My vacuum robot also don’t clean the room 24/7 so that I don’t have particles since 78 days?!

I like my Milacares app when it’s working but every gosh darn time it updates I get knocked off of connectivity and can’t log into my app. I f-ing hate it. Why does it do this. Why is it so difficult to make update to an app without this process taking place. I have to change my password and try to get it connected to the internet. Last time I gave up after 4 days of trying to connect it and went on vacation. It’s so frustrating! I’m no longer allowing automatic updates and I will not update this app again.

White letters on yellow background is too hard to read. We really struggled. On the Mila App it mentions a "quick start guide". Our box did not have a "quick start guide" inside the box. Perhaps you meant the instructions on the box. Not ready to give stars. We'd like to use it for awhile.

Every time I open the app it has me signed out. I have to type in my password each time

I hate this thing.

The purifier itself is pretty good. Although it’s a bit noisy, even in quiet mode. My biggest issue is the app. It keeps dropping WiFi connection and now it won’t even connect. Yes, you don’t need the app to use the purifier but then why pay for the Mila when you can’t access all of its programming.

This is a great product. Our Mila quit working after 3 1/2 years. When it was working I would rate it at 5.
