With Mileage Logbook, you won't have to worry about manually logging your miles. Simply drive as you normally would and the app will automatically create a compliant mileage log for you. The app has a range of features to make logging your journeys even easier. Here are some of the key features: ▶ MULTIPLE TRACKING OPTIONS Mileage Logbook uses GPS signals to track your vehicle's movement from one location to another. The app automatically tracks journeys when you are driving, cycling, or using public transport, and stops tracking when you arrive at your destination. You can choose between three tracking options: Auto Tracking, Vehicle Bluetooth, and Manual Tracking. You can connect to your vehicle's Bluetooth to ensure the app only tracks journeys for a specific vehicle. If you prefer, you can disable the auto-tracking feature and manually record your journeys, or you can use both options at the same time. ▶ HIGH-SPEED SERVERS In Mileage Logbook, your journey history is synced with high-speed servers, so you won't lose your data if you delete the app. Every time you log in to the app, your journeys will be ready to download. ▶ TAX COMPLIANT MILEAGE REPORTS Mileage Logbook is compliant with the mileage reimbursement rules of several taxation offices worldwide, including Australia's Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the United Kingdom's HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the United States' Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Canada's Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), New Zealand's Inland Revenue Department (IRD), Holland's Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst), and Germany's Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). ▶ PERIODIC REPORTS & MILEAGE RATES Mileage Logbook automatically updates your daily, monthly, and annual reports when you review a journey. The reports are customizable and can be generated in PDF or Excel format for your accountant. Your mileage rates will be set to the standard flat rates of the country you choose upon installation, but you can easily edit them at any time. ▶ LOW BATTERY CONSUMPTION Mileage Logbook is designed to be battery-friendly, accurately tracking journeys without draining your phone's battery. After you finish a journey, the app stops consuming your location data and creates a trip log. The app will consume your location data when you walk, but only if it receives a new GPS update. This process is less frequent than journey tracking. If you enable the Low Power Mode feature, the app will never consume your location data unless you are in a vehicle or cycling. Battery Use Disclaimer: Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. ▶ TRY NOW Are you ready to become a compliance pro? Unlock full mileage tracking features with a subscription, giving you access to all the tools you need to efficiently track your mileage and expenses. Been paying every month but it’s been logged out all the time & I have to confirm the subscription. No km tracked.. -- CF2024-1, 2024-06-01 ### *---- "This app has been missing many of my trips" It started out well but has been poor the last 4 months -- Hurra63, 2024-03-02 ### ***-- "Hit and miss" Good concept for an app but accuracy isn’t quite there and it drains the battery pretty quick if you turn on the background tracking. Some journeys just don’t show up -- brianandrew, 2024-02-06 ### *---- "Misleading" Been using the manual tracking function and after 1 month I was locked out and unable to access any of my trips without purchasing a subscription. Not interested in the automatic tracking feature as I found this to be tedious and often lost trips on account of the close out process. Is a good application but plenty of other applications that offer manual tracking for free. It would be appreciated if my expense report for the month could be provided. -- markgw74, 2023-11-28 ### ****- "No way to reach customer support" Apps great, I purchased the yearly subscription so it tracks your trips for you. All I have to do is batch check them all to business kms. My issue is a just recently updated the app and it deleted all the previous financial years worth of kms and I’m in the middle of doing my taxes for last financial year. There’s no where I can see to contact the developers via email or call to try and figure out what happen. Right here on the App Store is my best bet to reach them I don’t even know the real name of the app tbh I couldn’t find a website or anything online -- jamieorlando, 2023-10-23 ### *---- "App started to malfunction" The app won’t load after I took out a subscription -- ren 1892, 2022-11-27 ### ***** "Outstanding app for your Tax!" Great app. Exactly what I have been looking for. -- Swampy4444, 2022-11-18 ### **--- "For me it’s just not reliable :(" The support has been good, the devs are quick to respond but for me after 6 months of trialing I have just not found the app to reliably track all my trips. While it seems to be ok using a Bluetooth connection missing only a few trips in 5 months and having only a few dropouts where the journey misses maybe 15km and draws a straight line in the map, since I switched to a CarPlay enabled stereo I have missed many trips randomly. The consensus from the dev is the stereo is at fault but I suspect something else is going on but haven’t time to dig. Also, the app cannot log trips if you have no phone reception even tho gps is available which makes it a bit useless in central Australia where days are missed and needs to be manually logged. While the suggestion from the dev to manually enter trips is fair, my old paper and pen didn’t cost $7 a month to use so for me I’ll be switching back to a simple and reliable method. -- JesterMgee, 2022-07-25 ### ****- "Brilliant App" This really is a fantastic app. I’ve searched for many instances to find an app that actually records as accurately as this one, but on the odd occasion it has a missed recording a trip but not very often. Obviously if you check your log every few days it shouldn’t be too hard to add one in manually if it has missed one but I’ve only had to do that once or twice The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is it does appear to be hungry on batteries as I have a new iPhone 12 and does not get me through the day. As long as I have it plugged into a charger in the car when I’m driving this resolves that problem. Great work guys, best app I’ve come across for ATO compliant mileage logging software. -- Sirstaf, 2021-09-12 ### *---- "Doesnt work" Paid for a subscription, set up all the correct settings and nothing has been tracked. Tried emailing support and the email address isn't valid. Direct from the website.
