Mileage Track

App crashes constantly, starting to become a issue as i use this for my work reciepts. Emailed them, no reply, phoned them 3 weeks later to be told they are looking into this (october) still having the same issues. Terrible.

Had this app for a few years now with no issues…all of a sudden it crashes on start up, not that customer support is any help have a case number but issue still remains

Won’t log fuel receipts. Keeps saying error 🤦‍♂️

Forever loading, Pending trips disappear for hours on end causing logging issues. Absolutely hate this app. If you are a looking for a company to help track your mileage please save your people the stress and look elsewhere.

Absolutely useless app. For an app designed to do one thing, it is so incredibly bad

This is the most unreliable app on my phone. Something as simple as tracking mileage accurately is beyond the reach of this application. I’m forever manually logging details, deleting the app, reinstalling the app and transferring onto the desktop version to try and keep on top of business mileage. Why our company keeps persisting is beyond me. Update Sept 23: nothing’s changed. It seems that every week there is a different niggle with this app. Aside from the fact that tracking is still very hit and miss, I.e. sometimes it works but mostly it won’t track at all, the app keeps throwing in little hurdles just to keep its users entertained. A few weeks back, it suddenly stopped recognising my home postcode. The very same postcode I’d been using since forever. Today… well, this is extra special… I couldn’t even log in. The log in screen’s stuck on a perpetual facial cognition loop. Where it’s recognised me but then goes through the process over and over never actually giving me access to the app. So here we go, another day of deleting the app and reinstalling it in the hope it will fix the issue! Oh, and don’t bother contacting the help desk. The company seems to be running on a shoe string budget and the staff is mostly inexperienced young kids who struggle to understand the difference between a Diesel and an EV (that one took 2 emails and a phone call to resolve). Stay clear of this app. The hassle just isn’t worth it

Latest “update “ has trashed the app. I CANNOT log in now as it continuously does face recognition and then loops back to face recognition. Try testing the app before you release it. Either that or sack whoever does this.

Have used this app for 6 years whilst an employee of a company. The app has got progressively worse over the years and I continue to pay for business miles out of my own pocket as the apps daily breakdowns cause me to lose my journeys that should be covered by my employer Absolute waste of time, would give minus 100 stars if there was an option

For an App that’s main purpose is to record your mileage, I’ve had a lot of unrecorded trips that have had to be manually entered later on. This also includes me manually starting the recording of a trip. My current success rate is 50%
