Love it and its perfect for being a home inspector

Great app

I’m a very small business owner and have been using the app for almost a year now and it works great and the reports look good. Only problem I have is I’m not ready to purchase yet and it keeps telling me I’m at my limit of 5 trips a month when I’m pretty sure I’m not.

what’s the point

genuinely have no idea what the point of this app is, if you have to pay to see all your trips. a monthly subscription? so dumb.

NOT FREE

Pisses me off that some apps are free only initially. I was suppose to track my work for a month, now in the second week have to find another app. LAME

Just my first day seems easy to use and extremely helpful

Garbage App

The app freezes about every other time I use it. I have twice lost 300 mile days logged due to getting to the end of my day and I try to hit the stop button and it’s frozen it. I close the app and reopen it and it stays frozen. When you contact customer support , they waste my time with stupid questions and delay tactics. First they try to act like I’ve opened another account with another email address; I didn’t. Then they act like well you know maybe you’ve got it on more than one device like I’m too stupid to know if I’m using the app on another device and that explains it freezing. Or I’ve opened another account. They use stall tactics. They don’t really make any effort to help you. I strongly discourage anybody from downloading it and trying to use it. I gave it a One cause there’s no zero. It is a garbage app and I do not recommend the app. Wet toilet paper is more useful than the customer service department for this app.

Lower tax obligation on business taxes come April 15 2026April 2026

Potentially this application can allow me have a lover tax obligation when April 2026 roils around.

Check for fake trips!

I’ve used this app for several years to track freelance business miles, and it’s worked very well. I was always able to stay within the 15 free trips each month by deleting non-business trips. However, I failed to keep on top of it during a brief vacation last year (should have just turned off auto-tracking) and went over, and that’s when I found out that, if you go over even once, you’ll have to subscribe every month forever to keep getting full functionality. Creating a lower-priced tier for light users would be more customer-friendly. On top of that, since the last update, the app has twice created fake trips while I was just sitting at home - I only found out when I saw an old notification while looking for something else. It’s probably just a bug, but given recent changes to increase subscriptions and the customer-unfriendly subscription policy, it’s hard not to be suspicious. If you’re a heavy user who has been paying every month all along, this is still a great app that does what it sets out to do. If you’ve been using it for free, though, the company seems to be making moves to make that harder and harder.
