I have now used MILKRUN three times now and find it to be a wonderful service for those that are getting old and disabled. I can no longer go to shopping centres and walk up and down all the isles, push a trolley or carry heavy bags. The service has been ultra efficient and items are well packed. It has stopped the need for impulse buying and I am sure that over time I will be saving money. Thank you & well done to the organisers of MILKRUN.

I ordered a 4 pack of gin and sodas, Open the fully sealed bag to only find one. 
I do everything right and reach out for support, 
I send through a photo of my order and I receive an email back explaining that they contacted the store,

 “The local fulfillment store has confirmed that all items were correctly packed and supplied as ordered and the bag was sealed prior to dispatch, and the Proof of Delivery (POD) confirms it remained sealed at the time of delivery.” 

Even though a customer has complained and explained they have not received items Milkrun support does nothing, 27 dollars wasted. 

Nothing to compensate. Calling does nothing but get you the same answer.  

The Icing on the cake is being threatened with a blocked account for making a claim. 

“Should we continue to identify claims that we believe are fraudulent, regretfully your account with MILKRUN will be blocked.”
