Loading this app will take a lot more than you use it. Maybe you do something about it. The mims app is better.

I can’t log in both in the app and webpage. What happened? Any updates on this? The social media pages are not responding to queries too. No news re: similar issues.

I was logged out abruptly and when I try to log in, it will always take me back to the homepage. I can’t use the app for months now. Tried redownloading the app, didn’t work. Used to work fine

Please add a recently searched or asearch history feature

I used to have a MIMS app with an offline database of which I am paying an annual subscription fee. That app is very useful and have the added drug interaction query tab. Unfortunately, that was discontinued and replaced by this app which needs a lot of improvement.

For christsake! Can you at least make the offline access, I’m a Rural Health Physician sent to farflung areas without access of internet or cell site signal. Not even the book can help, because you can’t find one. The app failed me when I needed it the most.

In the past, I complained about being logged out every use of the app. That was fixed. But for the last 2 years, bookmarks does not work. It can only bookmark per use of app. Close the app and those bookmarks are just gone. Why have that feature then? It does not work even if you are logged in. Please fix bookmarks.

For small phones, the app’s back button is so high up it messes with IOS back feature. This requires leaving the app, swiping up, and restarting. Can we have the back button as a floating icon instead? Also, may we request a feature of saving “favorite/starred medicines” as offline? Thanks MIMS Dev Team 🙏🏻

The app is ok but it needs an offline mode for the meds

The app kept on logging out and would always ask for log in and password everytime you need to use it. Pls make it more user friendly.
