## Mind Jar Description
Anywhere, anytime build mindfulness or take a calming meditation break with the Mind Jar.

★ A novel approach to timing a brief meditation period, a new kind of meditation timer.
★★ A FUN and UNIQUE way for anyone to get started with meditation
★★★ A perfect way to introduce kids to meditation
⇒ A companion app to the bestselling Moody Cow Meditates and Moody Cow Learns Compassion

The Mind Jar uses colored sparkles to represent different thoughts, emotions, and reactions swirling around in your agitated mind. Tap the jar to add a pinch of sparkles—each pinch adds a few seconds more to the meditation period. Shake the jar to swirl the sparkles, and slowly breathe in… and out… in… and out… as they settle to the bottom. You’ll find your mind has settled too!

A beautiful gong sounds to indicate the beginning and end of the meditation period.

The Mind Jar is an easy way to calm and de-clutter your mind, no matter where you are.

Based on the Mind Jar from the bestselling Moody Cow books by Kerry Lee MacLean, this meditation tool is perfect for all ages. The Mind Jar helps you or your children self-settle and self-soothe by mindfully recognizing and letting go of upsetting thoughts and feelings.

Moody Cow Meditates and Moody Cow Learns Compassion by Kerry Lee MacLean describe the adventures of Peter a.k.a. Moody Cow, a young calf with a knack for finding trouble. His wise grandfather is there to help him work through it all—in part by introducing Peter to the Mind Jar—and come out a better calf than before.
