If you subscribe via iTunes: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan above.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings on the device.

Hi Mrs or Ms,
I’m Lisa a pay services user. After used for a few year, would like to give feedback from two points.
1. Why can’t cancel the subscription after only paid for one off 6mth bill?
2. Once I key in my credit card information , it never be able to delete it and always auto deduct even I have submitted for cancel subscription. It’s only have option for downgrade the program.
I’m in Malaysia not in US time zone, why often deduct while we were sleeping? Hope can fix this cancellation issue, i can’t even find a email to write. Already refer to back the same pages where I make the annual payment or 6month.

after the subscription , waiting for couple month of apps update to solve this issue, however the latest update still showing the same things, did you guys ever try to use the web app in ipad safari ? six month subscription from august and 2 month wasted
Paid for a year but used 1 month
I had an active annual subscription but somehow not restored properly to my app and they can’t help me with it. So I spent a year worth of subscription but can’t use the paid features.. Deleting, not coming back, bad support, bad app!

I updated my iPad 3 to iOS 9 recently. After that, the apps with hundreds of my maps crash everytime I try to open it. Help me please

This is a very generous app. So happy that I found it! have been trying to use iMindMap HD (because I learnt mind mapping from
Tony Buzan's books) and am disappointed that you can hardly do anything on the free app. This app allows you to do basics pretty well unlike the others which are not so user-friendly and you need to pay to unlock features. Simply awesome and would be great if in-app purchases could cost less. Thanks again!
