How it works:
* Download the free app, then create a Mindbody account (or log in to your existing account) to get started.
* Enter your location at the top of the screen to see local intro offers, price drops, and deals near you.
* Looking for something in particular? Jump to the “SEARCH” icon at the bottom of the window to find businesses near you. From there, you can type in the desired service or browse popular categories.
* Need to refine your results? Filter your search by business, class, date, time, distance, or category. You can also sort based on what’s recommended, top-rated or closest to you.
* Once you select a class or appointment, you can read up on reviews, instructor & service provider bios, and how to get there. You can also choose a business first to learn more about their amenities, schedule, services, location, and pricing.
* When you’re ready to secure your service, select the “Book” button in the right-hand corner. From there, you will be asked to confirm your payment information. Plug in your info, then hit “BOOK AND BUY” to make it official.

Not working anymore
This app used to be fantastic, but for the past several weeks, it keeps crashing before even properly launching. I was hoping the update would fix that issue, but it didn’t.
Bricked App
App bricked after latest update. Cannot even load it on my iPhone 14.

On iPad
unable to cancel
I have been using them for 15 years always paid my monthly fee and referred them lots of business. We are now using a new in-house platform and no longer need their services. We have been trying to cancel and it has been impossible. Frustrated and exhausted.
The app won’t even open
My phone is updated, the app is fully updated but it’s not opening. I click on it and the app crashes. I’ve tried reaching out to the support page as well and that hasn’t worked either. What a disappointment.
Accessible for screen readers
I really love this app because I am able to use it easily with the iOS screen reader called voiceover. So many apps have problems when you use the screen reader and this one works very well thank you for creating an accessible app for people who have visual impairments.
App doesn’t work
This app simply doesn’t work. Logging fails and password resets never take.

Breaks regularly
Breaks and won’t load most of the time, makes it incredibly painful to schedule classes
