Maybe more of a 4 star
5 stars to balance out that other 1 star with no reason. Been listening to a few and the beginning of each session (prior to the codes) has been fairly effective in putting me into a trance, but only once or twice into a sleep. The mountain cabin session seems a bit rushed, but I’m also confused about whether these are all meant for pre sleep, or not. I think having more explanations in the app, especially regarding how it all works and the set and setting required, would be beneficial. That being said, it’s one of the more unique apps in that it targets training the subconscious, which is v cool.
