Great app, but I stopped receiving notifications from it a while ago, which makes it useless for me because I keep forgetting to record my mood
It use to be a great app before the update, but now it’s impossible to make the app send notifications, so basically it’s no use. Pity, I used to like it.
but there were problems displaying the questions. Questions have not appeared for a long time
If you have any struggles, you feel down or just bad in general - this is truely what you need. Try it. It’s free, it’s simple, it’s one of the best apps in this cathegory that are actually easy and quick to use, but so well done at the same time. Great.
It’s a great gentle path, however what’s bothering me is that it seems to not save some questionnaires I answered... sends a notification saying „afternoon questions missed” when I actually took some time out from an extremely busy exhausting day to answer them.
a lot of bugs. also it’s not worthy buy a subscription, that’s insane.
It is such a great app to monitor your mental health! I recommend it especially for people who are struggling with depression or notice symptoms of this disease. It’s really easy to use-it only takes about 15 minutes a day to answer all the questions and after 2 weeks you receive a general outcome of your mental well-being.
Overall very aesthetically pleasing and a smart idea but I’d love it if there was an option to at least take a note of a day you’ve missed because I’d love to look back on it and know it was a good day and that’s why I didn’t answer the questions etc
Not only for people who suffer from mood disorders. It helps with introducing good habits - when you see how big impact they have on your mood, you keep going!
could you add Polish language that would be easier to use ☺️
