Stress less. When you're stressed or going through a difficult time, negative thoughts, self-criticism and worry can quickly take up a lot of space. Mindfit is a mental health app with a gratitude journal, CBT self-help tools, breathing exercises, and techniques to help you understand your patterns and calm down when you need to. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, negative thoughts, self-criticism, or feeling low, Mindfit gives you practical tools you can use in everyday life. Mindfit was developed in Norway in collaboration with a clinical psychologist specialist and is based on established methods from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), positive psychology and EMDR-inspired techniques. → MINDFIT IS MORE THAN A MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL Some days you need to be reminded of what's actually going well in your life. Other days you need to understand why you react the way you do. And sometimes you just need to calm down. That's why Mindfit gives you different tools to use depending on what you need. → TRAIN YOURSELF TO NOTICE WHAT'S GOOD Record what you achieve, appreciate and are grateful for. When you write it down, you take a moment to reflect and give the good experience more space. This can help you become less self-critical and build a buffer against stress and negative thoughts. • My Good Things • My Successes • Daily reflections → UNDERSTAND YOURSELF A LITTLE BETTER Become more aware of how you think, feel and act in different situations. When you recognise your patterns, you can practise responding to challenges in new ways. • Understand your reaction pattern • Recognise thinking traps • Challenge negative thoughts • Track your mood • Set goals → TOOLS FOR DIFFERENT SITUATIONS Sometimes you need insight. Other times you just need to calm down. In Mindfit, you'll find different techniques to use when you need them. • Breathing exercises • Relaxation exercises • Mindfulness • Calming soundscapes • EMDR-inspired techniques Use Mindfit at home, at work or whenever you need a moment for yourself. Just a few minutes a day is enough. Small steps can make a big difference. --- Important Note: Mindfit is a self-help app designed to support mental health. It is not a substitute for professional therapy. --- SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS: You can purchase the Mindfit app and access all content through a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription.
