When life becomes too much, we provide a helping hand. MindHelp was designed to help you deal with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. The app will guide you through well-researched techniques and connect to mental healthcare providers to help you manage and improve your mental health.  

Stress Management techniques 

Access tried and tested coping strategies such as mood journaling, meditation, and mindfulness to help you gain inner peace. They will not only help you to keep track of your mood and stress factors but also appease your negative feelings.  

If a specific stressor is persistent, the app will automatically guide you to psychologist-approved awareness material. It is prioritized and designed to heighten your self-awareness so that you can understand your feelings.  

Connect to professionals  

MindHelp makes it easy to access telehealth services anywhere, anytime. Find specialists through our detailed doctor profiles. Schedule appointments at your convenience with qualified mental health professionals. You can avail your consultation through our app or website. What’s more, all of our one-on-one sessions through videocall and encrypted chat to protect your privacy.  

For highly distressed individuals, we have developed an emergency call icon to automatically connect you to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

### ***-- "Has a lot of potential"
I’ll definitely give more stars once there is more to the app but I think it’s such a great idea. It can be hard or overwhelming to find psychologist or practitioners in the area. Having an app to help you easily find someone would be really nice. Also knowing what they specialize in and what type of insurance and pay scale would also be helpful. 

Then mediation part is really nice and it would also be cool to see breathing exercises to help during a panic attack or other issues. 

One other suggestion maybe have a section to be able to keep track of your mood or symptoms.
