Minding - Anxiety helper is a very comforting app. I was looking for an introduction to meditation and a tool to help with the stressors in life lately and found this. Monte, who’s voice we hear, has a very calming and instructive tone. There’s a variety of meditations to select including mindfulness and sleep assistant meditations. I highly recommend this app.
So not worth your time!
For so many reasons, don’t spend your time on this app. Move on to one of the countless other apps that provide more quality content, and a choice as to monthly or yearly subscriptions.
I really don’t understand developers who insist on you paying in advance for their product. Even magazine subscriptions can be canceled. I assume it’s because they are afraid that you will realize they have an inferior product, after you have already laid your cash on the table. I don’t support people that take my choices away for me. Do you?

Brilliant
In the last few months, the Minding app have really helped me organize my thoughts and how I react to them—and have helped me to grow my level of self-awareness. I’m truly grateful, and I’m hoping that as I progress through my meditative journey. I’ve mentioned it to all of my friends, and lately we’ve found ourselves discussing our own personal growth more and more. It’s also helped me tremendously with my anxiety. The SOS package is fantastic when I’m in a bind!
Not a fan of the yearly subscription
I love this app. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and have recommended it to others. I intended to purchase the full app today, only to find that out has switched to a subscription model, which I don’t plan on buying. I wish I bought it before the update. It really is helpful and calming.
Customer Service is Excellent
Apps like Headspace have been the standard of meditation apps for a long time. Minding takes the medal for leading the way for me. Pricing is much more reasonable, and customer service is excellent! Recently ran into an issue with the new update and Monty reached out quickly to assure me he was working on a solution. Having an app that cares for its customers and seeks to provide a great experience is rare, but very refreshing. This is definitely an app worth checking out.

I’ve tried several Meditation applications. The Minding application is one of the best that I have found. Daily lessons are offered in a logical sequence to help you build your meditating skills. Each practice session provides helpful verbal guidance as you practice. The Day by day format builds a strong foundation for a rewarding meditation practice. When I had questions about my progress, Monty replied the same day. A great meditation resource!

One of the best ones I’ve tried - Monty makes starting a meditation so much easier with his instructions, explanations, and soothing voice. I’ve never stuck with a meditation app as long as I have with Minding.
Fraud!
I downloaded this as part of a “free” promo done by AppAdvice. Come to find out I was charged $9.99 plus tax for the app and it is not even the full app! Not all the options are there. I would have never paid 9.99 for this!

I downloaded AppAdvice’s promo which, for one day only, promised a free unlock.
I was completely mistaken about how the promotion worked, so I am changing my review. Cuz here’s the thing: TWO of the developers replied and reached out to me immediately to explain. (It was an unlock of one package, not the whole thing, which is more than fair, really).
That kind of customer care and awareness is practically unheard of!!!! They were patient, clear, and really outstanding.
And they proved by example what a great app this is, and (even more) how much I probably need a little more Minding. Five stars!!!
