## Mindleap Description
Mindleap is a virtual health and inner wellness platform that supports your unique self-care and healing journey. On Mindleap you can work with experienced mental health specialists, access a large library of meditations, sound journeys, and educational content on psychedelics and mental health, and monitor how you’re doing through a private health journal.

Mindleap is also the first inner wellness platform to provide support for psychedelic integration and pre-experience support for anyone who chooses to work with psychedelic medicines and treatments.

On Mindleap, you can improve your inner wellness through a variety of unique paths:

Inner wellness specialists

Our experienced inner wellness coaches are here to support you with understanding and improving different parts of your mental health, including the sometimes challenging processes involved in healing and self-care.

Psychedelic integration specialists

Our integration coaches are here to help you in the period surrounding a therapeutic psychedelic experience. Whether you are working with plant medicines or holotropic breathing, our integration coaches can support you. Integration support can take many forms, including helping you to set intentions and mentally prepare yourself before an experience, and working with you to unpack, process, and integrate your experience afterwards.

NOTE: Mindleap and our integration coaches do not provide guidance or support for illegal activities and cannot provide advice on questions around dosing or taking psychedelic medicines.

Interviews with experts on inner wellness and psychedelic treatments

Through our inner wellness media library, you’ll find our Conversations - these are discussions with mastery-level thinkers who have a deep understanding of mental health and inner wellness. These conversations can help you to learn about inner wellness, and many focus on unpacking psychedelic research and psychedelic integration.

Meditations

Mindleap features a variety of curated meditations - including for specific topics like reducing anxiety, falling asleep, relaxing your body, and breathing deeply.

Sound Journeys

Our selection of sound journeys is designed to help you create the mood and energy you desire in your healing environment. From nature soundscapes, to ambient meditation music, to upbeat and loving mixes, we offer a wide variety of sounds to help make you feel at home.

If you choose to work with a specialist on Mindleap, you’ll also have the option to temporarily and securely share your data with your specialist. This can help your specialist to get a better understanding of how you’ve been doing over time.

## Mindleap Reviews in United States

### **--- "This App REALLY really needs to update its UI"
I’ve used this app for a while now, overall I really love and appreciate the fact that there even is an option available for integration and mental support specialist in the psychedelic/ plant medicine field.
I’m rating two stars because the UI is kind of bad:
1. There should NOT be a video icon for profiles which do not have video, it’s a waste of time clicking on each profile only to get a message saying they don’t have a video intro.
2. Every time I click a profile to read their bio and return to the previous page of specialists it brings me to the very top and doesn’t save my position (this one is big for me very annoying)
3. Many many of the therapists simply have no availability in there schedule, I feel like there should be a basic function for being able to filter only those with an available schedule but perhaps there aren’t enough therapists on the app right now for that feature..

Like I said, overall I appreciate the app and the team for bringing this app to the public, happy that it exists but I would love an update to some more basic features that makes for a smoother more pleasant experience.

### *---- "News from a Novice"
I wish I could change my username. No longer a “Mind Leap Fan”. Heard they treat their employees terribly and don’t even reward the resilient staff with equity. Overall best experience on this app from a faulty corporate structure.
-- Mind Leap Fan, 2021-10-15

### *---- "So far none of the specialists have responded"
I have tried to book to introductory sessions now with two different specialists, and neither one joined the session when it was time. This sounds like it would be a really cool idea, but I’m not sure it’s actually working. I’ll update my review if I ever actually get someone to connect with.
-- brewinlibrarian, 2020-12-31

### ***** "Amazing specialists!"
I’ve worked with many coaches and the quality of experts available for one-on-one coaching on Mindleap is extraordinary. They support me and ask questions that help me grow. Will be working with these guides for the foreseeable future. Thanks Mindleap for gathering such a great community of support!
-- TobySola, 2020-11-10

### ***** "Seamless user experience"
Great, seamless user experience and easy to use. I like the goal tracker and that specialists are listed at my convenience. :)
-- Ria cel, 2020-10-01

### ***** "Amazing app. Inventive company"
This app/company is actually incredible. I think this is such an innovative concept that could help so many people. The philosophy behind re-integration is such a burgeoning market, that is only going to get bigger.
-- Mudgems251, 2020-10-01

### ***** "So far so good."
A new app I’m trying out to track my mood and hopefully improve it. The app seems easy to navigate and relevant setting mental health goals.
-- Pen15es, 2020-09-30

### ***** "Psychedelic Integration"
Great for psychedelic integration!
