Найбільшим мінусом є зворотній зв'язок, якщо щось виникає термінове то доводиться довго чекати якщо ти взагалі дочекаєшся рішення. Для платформи яка надає простір для терапії, довге очікування це критично.

Зовсім непрофесійний підхід до процесу налагодження співпраці. Не вияснивши всіх нюансів після повної реєстрації, менеджер просто видалила мене із системи не давши остаточної відповіді. 
Якщо ви керуєте сайтом з психологічної підтримки, а ваш менеджер не розуміє основ спілкування на рівні «дорослий з дорослим», не розуміє як вирішувати нетипову ситуацію, не вникає в нюанси, то висновок один mindly - це конвеєр і простір для заробляння грошей, а не психологічної підтримки.

Цей додаток добрий для клієнтів і для власників, а психологи там хіба волонтерять. 
Купа негативних відгуків серед колег. Всі видалились. Ось чому так активно рекламують «стань психологом у нас»-бо всі тікають з платформи.
