## MindMail Description
Build the habit of radical optimism in just 2 minutes daily

Hey guys! It's Sloane Alex, and I wanted to give you guys a simple, easy way to bring optimism and gratitude straight to your phone. Based on the exact framework that's helped millions rewrite their inner dialogue, this is your personal tool for building unshakeable self-belief!

The Coach Method - Now in your pocket

Just like I teach: You are your own best coach. This app helps you build that relationship with yourself through two simple, beautiful daily practices:

Daily Reflect

Take 2 minutes to coach yourself through the day. Track your mood, celebrate wins (tiny ones count!), acknowledge challenges without judgment, and practice radical gratitude. Watch your mindset transform, one gentle check-in at a time.

Mental Mailbox

Write letters to future you - because sometimes we need reminders of our own wisdom. Schedule pep talks, celebration notes, or gentle reminders to arrive exactly when you'll need them most. "Coach" you will send them, and you in need will receive it.
