The schedule to book via App is not updated.  They will reach out via email advising that your chosen time is no longer available, it happened to me multiple times. I inform their customer service team about it, I guess if I didn’t report it, they will never noticed.

why does it feel like i was tricked into believing that your professionals actually care about my feelings?? i booked a well-being coach to talk about my problems. but then i wasnt satisfied enough with the suggestions or advise i received. so i booked a pscyhologist, talking about the same problem and i received an answer the same from the well being coach. it felt like a joke? do you all have the same script?

I’m using iPhone 11 (iOS 15.7). Whenever I try to book a session, always getting “Unexpected error occurs” message after clicking “Confirm” button on Schedule Confirmation screen. Hence, unable to book a session regardless if it’s for Psychologist or Wellbeing Coach.
