I tried one of the questionnaires and the app doesn’t seem able to save my details at all. It’s stuck at that “saving” stage - deleting and re-downloading the app just returns me to that stage. It’s a shame, because the actual questions seemed really well thought out.

I downloaded this app to give It 1 star, so more people can see the reviews about the devs taking all your answers to their assessment before telling you need to pay for the app. Surely someone with great neuro health would know to make it clear you need to pay for something first, before taking peoples data. It’s on the App Store description sure, but put it on the app as the first thing.

It’s a good app if you need a guide on what to do. However if you have multiple assessments you want to work on, for example for me it’s anxiety & relationships - it’s not clear how you switch between the programmes for the wellness journeys/guides, or even if that is possible? This would be a great update as many people want to work on multiple issues and it’s a little on track focused at the moment.

i don’t usually write reviews but this app disappointed me.Everything seems good enough,and i close the plan (because i don’t tend to pay for apps) as usual,and then WOW i can’t do anything without having to pay.well done devs.

Still a beginner, but already the breakdown of a treatment plan has eased my anxiety.

Why was it necessary to lie

Relationship assessment was really insightful. I’ve done attachment style quizzes and stuff online but this was much better. I haven’t tired the strategies yet but the plan that was explained made snese.
