Why was it necessary to lie

Relationship assessment was really insightful. I’ve done attachment style quizzes and stuff online but this was much better. I haven’t tired the strategies yet but the plan that was explained made snese.

Why don’t these apps say when it’s not free

The forced onboarding on the assessment chat thing is the worst I’ve ever seen on an app. The only way out of it is to delete the app which is what I did in the end.

The assessment systems are great and the sessions are amazing. But, after I completed the first few assessments and sessions, I then decided to do a further assessment. It then wiped my progress in the sessions and I had to start from the beginning. The videos often seem to glitch and you can’t pause, speed up or heart the videos. Which is infuriating when you are trying to rewatch previous sessions for a single piece of advise or part of the method, or just simply want to heart the video.

Downloaded the app initially, then they had a bug so after paying for it I could actually not progress to the next level. Reached out to customer care asking what's going on, and if they can't fix it, I'd like a refund and cancel my subscription. Until today, no one answered. This was 1.5 months ago. Then a few weeks later after an update, it was working again so I was like great, they could have communicated but whatever, so kept using it. Haven't logged in for a few weeks now but wanted to go back to the yoga session which I've done multiple times and actually liked. Just to figure out it somehow logged me out, thinking great another bug... so I had to do all those assessments again, just to then find out when signing back in that my account indeed has been deleted. Again this was never communicated. Keeping in mind they've also charged me just 2 weeks ago. So I've paid twice. 1 month for it not working, then 1 month where they've deleted my account and I can't even use it unless I start over. 10£ for nothing. No value & no service. Hopefully this app will do what it's meant to in the future once they fix their bugs and processes. But most likely will be without me.

Paid for subscription. App then says it "Needs to be updated", which then just takes you to the app store where there are no updates available. £4.99 down the drain. Have requested a refund. Concept is a good idea and was looking forward to using it, but the App is riddled with glitches.
