## MindTech Waiter Description
MindTech Waiter is a corporate application designed to automate restaurant service and organize staff workflows for HoReCa venues.

The application is designed for waiters, administrators, and managers and works together with the MindTech SSP platform, bringing guest service calls, orders, staff shifts, restaurant POS system integration, and service workflows into a single ecosystem.

Order Management

MindTech Waiter allows restaurant employees to work with orders directly from their iPhone.

A waiter can create a new order for a selected table, choose items from the menu, select the required modifiers and serving course, add comments to individual items, and send the order to the restaurant POS system.

For an existing order, an employee can view its contents and current status, add additional items, and send a command to print a pre-check.

Order changes are synchronized between MindTech Waiter, the MindTech SSP platform, and the connected restaurant POS system.

Service Automation

MindTech Waiter helps reduce the number of manual actions required from restaurant staff.

When a service call is received, the assigned employee receives a notification, and the system can detect their arrival at the corresponding table using a Bluetooth beacon installed at the venue.

Background beacon monitoring is used to support active service calls, including when the application is running in the background or the device is locked.

This helps automate service response time tracking and provides more accurate information about the service process without requiring employees to constantly interact with their phones.

Restaurant System Synchronization

The application works together with the MindTech SSP server platform and connected restaurant POS systems.

Orders, order status changes, table information, menus, and other operational data are synchronized between the systems, allowing employees to use the mobile application as part of the venue's unified operational workflow.

MindTech Waiter is a closed corporate B2B application intended exclusively for authorized employees of venues connected to the MindTech platform.

The application is not a public service for restaurant guests, a marketplace, or a social platform.

A corporate account created and provided by the administration of a participating venue is required to sign in. Available application features depend on the employee's role and the configuration of the specific venue.
