Ese programa ha sido la noche y el día para mi. Lo he usado con algunos amigos y ayuda aún más. Lo reviso anualmente y siempre hay algo nuevo que encuentras en tu libro para mejorar progresivamente

Está cambiando mi vida

Excelente calidad, cursos y atención al cliente de altísimo nivel. Cursos para no acabar en un año de membresía. Dudé mucho antes de apuntarme y ahora pienso ojalá lo hubiera hecho mucho antes. Y dentro de mindvalley, lifebook es la mejor inversión en ti que vayas a hacer. Contra antes mejor. ESO si la app para Apple TV que es tan util aun no funciona bien después de meses. No es el estilo de Mindvalley hacer las cosas así.

Mindvalley y en concreto su programa Wildfit son un ejemplo de excelencia y de conocimientos prácticos que te llevan a cambiar tu vida a mejor paso a paso. Gracias a Wildfit he experimentado el mayor cambio en mi vida en cuanto a mi salud y bienestar. He perdido peso, he revertido la diabetes y me encuentro mucho mejor. Funciona

Llevo entrenando mucho años utilizando distintas técnicas, pero la que te van a enseñar en este curso te permitirá lograr grandes resultados entrenando poco más de una hora a la semana. Totalmente recomendable. Felicidades.

The most amazing journey.

I decided to join the lifebook course in my last weeks of chemo. I feel it was the perfect time while I’m home healing and time to reflect on my life and upskill. Healing is mind body and soul. This is really helping guide and inspire me on my journey to grow as a person. I highly recommend to anyone at anytime in their life’s to take this course. This course is for everyone of all ages, I wish this this was available in my younger years. Better late than never 💗

Me encantaría poder aprender, pero no puedo cambiar el idioma a Español, cuando lo intento la aplicación se queda cargando y no me da ninguna respuesta, pésima aplicación para tan bien contenido 🥲
