Mindvalley: Self Improvement

È dal 2021 che sono abbonata a Mindvalley, quest’anno ho deciso di non rinnovare l’abbonamento annuale. Disdetto nel tempo corretto, ricevuto conferma di annullamento ma Mindvalley ha comunque prelevato l’ammontare dell’abbonamento. Scritto già due volte ma nessuno risponde. Quindi si confermo servizio assente! Spero che si risolva e mi ridiano i miei soldi.

Excellent customer service. Adam was very fast in refunding some extra charges. He was very kind and kept me updated until the issue was finally resolved. I will continue enjoying my courses with great pleasure 😀

My wife thought it was a good idea to buy me this subscription. Unfortunately after I connected a couple of times, I did not really find anything that could be of use to me. I asked for refund which was refused on the basis that it needs to be done precisely 15 days from the moment my wife pressed the button on the credit card even before I got any access! Please be careful not to get stuck with a 299 USD subscription that you can not refund, which is my case now!

Vishen‘s vision of bringing the best teachers together has been remarkably accomplished. I love to work with Mindvalley almost every day. At the beginning, I was equally fond of the app, but while the content continues to amaze me, over the half year I work with the app, I have seen some aspects of it that are less than perfect. E.g., it does not recognize my All Access membership with regards to Live sessions, although these would be included in my membership. It continues to remind me of quests I have already completed, and the list of available quests is crowded with other-language versions of those I am currently taking. And the community is almost useless, as one is always in the same crowded room with everyone else and starting individual conversations or just following up on others and seeing commentaries to one‘s own contributions is almost impossible. For the great content I continue to use it, and I have to add that the app is beautifully designed. But the app alone is worth rather three stars.

Die Mindvalley-Kurse sind wirklich sehr gut, aber die Firma hat leider überhaupt keine Kundenorientierung. Beispiel: ein laufender (!) Kurs wird plötzlich aus dem Programm genommen. Versprechungen, man könne den Kurs zu Ende führen, werden nicht eingehalten. Im Gegenteil, der Kurs wird sogar zwei Tage vor dem genannten Termin gelöscht. Auf eine Antwort auf meine Reklamation warte ich seit Wochen. Schade!

The step by step methodology of Mindvalley, the down to earth practicality, the authenticity and passion (major trait seen throughout the courses…!!! Bravo Vishen for being so keen in your selection!!!) of the instructors, teachers and coaches, is what makes Mindvalley stand out and ultimately help me “stick with the courses to the end”!

Ich lerne jeden Tag mehr und mehr und es tut gut. Körper, Geist und Seele werden trainiert der Aufbau der Lektionen ist super und man kann in seinem eigenen Tempo loslegen 😊💪🏼🍀❤️🤩
