App is great, but no support for sync
I’ve been a huge fan of this app for many years, so picked it up again for my church’s current youth ministry. I also purchased a Sync subscription, so the database can be shared across multiple devices. However, when I try to set up the sync account with the local database account, it keeps telling me there is an error and to email them. I emailed my issue more than a month ago and have received zero response. Quite frustrating. May just have to cancel the Sync subscription.
