Is Minmed Connect legit?
⚠️ The Minmed Connect app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I booked an appointment for post screening teleconsult. Called the doctor on time but nobody attend. I waited for 15 min, cancelled the call and try again then the system show my appointment expired and cant call again. Wasted my time. Whats the point of making appointment if no doctor pick up the call.
Refused consultation
Waited for close to 30 mins teleconsult, only to be asked to head down to the clinic due to “repeated” appointments.
I asked if he can still send the medication to me for other symptoms, told me no.
Asked why did I wait for 30 mins only for consultation to be rejected, can’t they inform me earlier or have some sort of “filter” since they are already “assessing” patients on a case to case basis? Doctor told me not sure if I’ve read about the recent case on Teleconsult. Sorry bro, is it my problem that rotten apples are tainting our credibility? You’re a doctor… do your job… you don’t need a doctorate just to assess the consultation frequency, any intern will do.
Tele consultation
Booked an appointment for 2pm tele consultation but still had to wait for a doctor to join the call. What’s the point of booking an appointment then? With or without appointment also the same. Terrible app by Minmed.
App needs serious improvement
The app is really bad. First I cannot complete my payment details - error code no matter how many times I tried or different cards used.
Finally it went through and but notification for medication delivery disappears after I click it. Was supposed to receive an SMS on medication delivery Pin as well, but was never received.
The past record tab is not working as well, so I can’t see the invoice, or progress of the delivery. So basically I have no access to when the med is coming, nor can I receive the med when it is delivered now. What can be worse when sick?

Slow and inefficient operations planning
3 times tele-consult with terrible experience.
First was that i ended up having to go down to clinic to collect medication when i had indicated delivery to my place.
Second was they deliver other people’s medicine to me and i had to reach out to them to rectify and prolonged waiting time again for them to collect back my medication and send to me. There wasn’t even any verification upon delivery. Parcel was just left at the door (so i cant even tell the delivery person it was wrong).
Third was the super lonnng wait for medication. In the FAQ it stated that delivery will be done within 4 hours. I teleconsult in the morning 9am+, waiting patiently till 11am+ (still no news on my medicine delivery), reach out to CS, was told to wait for delivery 12pm-3pm instead.
Absolutely, poor operations planning - not recommended.
App is terrible.
It doesn’t password reset flows if it’s a google account? How does that work.
Cannot register - very cumbersome process when you are not well
Used Google sign in, was brought to an authentication page. Entered my phone then encounter error in sending OTP. Tried a few times and gave up.
Short queue for teleconsult
I always find the queue here much shorter than DA, it’s the same price too. But there should be an option for the doctors to waive the consult fee for extension of MC for the same condition, just like in physical clinics. Was simply told by the dr that he doesn’t control the pricing. But in most physical clinics, consult fee would be waived for such a circumstance.
Super long wait, super slow, queue number not consistent
Crazy long wait. The front desk have poor attitude, and poor ability to actually estimate wait time and also provide incorrect number of patients in front of you. Do no go to Minmed, might as well go A&E.
