And within the last three months I’ve had nothing but problems, and of course the warranty is over. It stopped wanting to sync after the last update. I finally got through that. Now it won’t read Max wands. Last month I was almost fine with the box, the testing is critical to track my PDG rise and the machine stops reading Max wands!! Their AI bot blames me. The machine says inadequate sample. Well, I’ve had no issues any day this month until today and now have wasted 4 wands trying to get this device to perform its function. I’ve reset it, and that doesn’t work. I’ve fully charged it and that doesn’t work. Last month after their AI bot blamed me and said I was doing it wrong, and that there were no bad batches of wands, the customer service agent determined it “was an issue they have on the back end” and I have a “bad batch of wands.” I was given a $20 coupon that won’t work with my subscription. To use the coupon to compensate me for the lost wands, I’d have to pay more for a box of max wands than I pay on subscription. That’s ridiculous. Here we are second month, same problem, the box is almost done and now they don’t read. I have two boxes of max wands from the subscription that have the same lot number. I tried an ova wand, and just like last month those will read. Well if I’m making a dipping mistake you’d think it wouldn’t read the ova wand. I’m dipping them the same. The wands are bad again! You would think, knowing how critical these readings are to us they would fix this asap and make sure it’s not recurring! These wands are expensive, this data is critical, my providers are using this daily data to formulate my care. Waste of $250… -- happykins, 2025-07-23 ### ***** "Review" I usually don’t take the time to write a review for any product generally but my partner and I have wanted children since when we started trying, I got pregnant extremely easy, however after my first pregnancy, my symptoms of having hashimotos disease Ty y were becoming prevalent, my thyroid was low, and not even resent you for asking me this but my gynecologist would have known and course corrected immediately as, we were planning for kids, we knew we were pregnant a week in and had a test ultrasound blood work etc. the bloodwork showed I had hypothyroidism, which they failed to mention, and I didn’t know because they told me everything looked good”. My fiancé is the one who read through the paperwork because my pregnancy wasn’t easy it was tough and not like what most people say about feeling while pregnant! So he started looking through my paperwork and saw it, he asked me if they informed me I said no at this point I was towards the second trimester and we had to call these doctors out and they told us the baby would be more than fine as long as I started the hypothyroidism medication immediately& I did. At this point I’ve heard my babies heartbeat have pictures etc… and like 2 weeks into my second trimester I missed miscarried and the doctors said it was due to the thyroid and we said but you said the child would be unaffected… we took their word for it. Anyways I got pregnant a couple months later and I went through the same things except my thyroid was fine… I couldn’t understand because my miscarried then my periods became irregular. They started becoming nonexistent!!!! I’m 32 I used to be a gymnast until I got pregnant my hashimotos or hypothyroidism came out at the time. Like a domino effect, I lost my baby…. Quickly gained about 130 pounds. I’m 5”5’ I used to weigh 130…. Until after I lost my baby I weigh 200-215 then I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, I became diabetic II. I was put on ozempic oh at this point I haven’t had my period in a year and six months she gave me progesterone and I got my period I think immediately and was thankful. But I didn’t get it again for months and now it’s irregular but seems to be slowly steadying, all the while my thyroid hasn’t changed much since it evened out before my second pregnancy but I still miscarried we’re now using mira and the oura 4 ring to get insight. I’ve changed how much sleep I get. I’d go days without sleeping or eating because I wasn’t hungry or tired but sluggish. -- djdjdfidirnrnddhy, 2025-07-15 ### *---- "Please fix app!" The app doesn’t always sync my test data. I go through all the troubleshooting steps and it just doesn’t upload my info. You can manually add, but it’s clunky and won’t show up in cycle results so it’s kind of pointless. If it says it detected my LH surge and Pdg peak, why would it go right back to saying “your progesterone is rising, you can expect it to peak around 6-8 days after ovulation”? And you’d think it would recognize each individual user after that many months of consistent testing to be able to provide customized feedback.
