Live the idea of this app, but in practice, if it’s going to cost £30 for a year to subscribe, I think it needs a few additions:

• Ability to search for meals - I accidentally hit “swap meal” button halfway through cooking so had to guess!

• Some sort of “are you sure you wish to swap” message on the swap meal buttons so you can’t swap accidentally

After testing the app I quickly realised it doesn’t work for me. I like the idea of what is trying to achieve, but despite selecting gluten free as the allergy option it keeps suggesting recipes where bread, pasta or other gluten ingredients are the main ingredient. It’s disappointing and after 3 days the paid for subscription started without a reminder prior so now I’m stuck with an app that I can’t use anyways

Really love this app! Great for me going into uni and budgeting my food and saving money. One thing i think would make it friendly for more people is a Halal option or selection cause some foods are not halal but otherwise great app!

The images of the recipes show extra seasonings, different cooking methods, and/or extra mystery ingredients that are not mentioned in the recipe. You could follow the recipe perfectly and not even get close to how the picture looks. The ingredients lists are frustratingly vague, and it seems to me that the app makes no effort to reuse ingredients to prevent waste (my shop frequently directed me to purchase “1 wrap” or “2 sausages”). I hoped that “choosing your shop” would show me exact products and prices but I’m not sure it had any impact at all. In fact, the estimated price of my weekly shop was very inaccurate. Additionally, the app only allows you to plan for 5 days, and only for dinner. I personally eat all 7 days of the week so this is a pretty big oversight to me. The UI is simple, perfect for this idea, however the app is just not very practical. I would adore this app if it were more throughly thought-out and actually tested by a human (who eats all 3 meals, 7 days of the week).

I just think its a bit silly that you have to pay to see the meal ideas when theres thousands of meal ideas you can find online for free. with the rise of ai now aswell, you can build meal plans, and that also costs nothing. i dont think this is a good business idea at all

At first I thought it was a good idea, but actually all the images are AI generated - the prices aren’t live checked or accurate, and it’s very basic. And soooo expensive - this could be easily Googled. or use ChatGPT or something. This is just a scam.

Downloaded it and got nothing but a frozen image you can’t click on, tried updating. Have been charged £8.99 for something that does not work and there seems to be no way of cancelling. I’ve only realised today that I was charged because I was dealing with another app that was a total scam and then saw that somehow, this app has been able to extract money from me without my knowledge or consent. Unbelievable!
