I needed to cancel my account, which I did, but kept receiving weekly subscriptions and getting charged even after receiving email confirmation of my cancellation on July 14. There is no phone number in which is available and the only form of communication with Misfits is via a forum submission where they will “contact” you. Never did. I had to dispute with my bank and order a whole new card with new accounting information which is completely inconvenient for me to do. If Misfits simply had better accountability for their customer service this could all been avoided.
Items were great and delivery was flawless, overall it’s a good subscription to have. But the customer service completely ruined it for me leading to not recommend the food deliver service until they fix their customer service issues.
Updates and still not working
Oh well, I tried. I tried contacting customer service and was given the digital run around. No live person to speak with. Just a bunch of faqs with links leading to no where. Good luck to anyone successfully using it.
Good Quality
I have been buy from Misfits Market for a while now and I have found that I have received good quality products in every category of food that I have purchased.
The food has been fresh, taste delicious and the price point has been fair.
I am also impressed with their excellent customer service for any questions or breakage of products which they fix the issue promptly.
I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a good quality delivery services, reasonable prices, many catalogues of food items to choose from and excellent customer service.

Nice concept but if your use to shopping Aldi’s to save this is a bit higher, and you don’t get beat up fruits and vegetables.
Just no
The app is pretty typical in operation, I have nothing against the app itself.
However.
When the shopping window closed I noticed a couple of items in my cart that I didn’t have in there earlier so I quickly contacted customer service about it and they were quick to respond and gave me a $15 credit, that was fine.
Today I checked my bank to see 2 transactions for Misfit Market both for about $60. I went on the Misfit Market app and saw 2 different orders being delivered for the 17th, the second order I had absolutely no idea, including notifications, about.
Here’s my real problem. They have no customer service number. I figure that’s because it’s a small company. Regardless, they should have a phone number. Because when I emailed about my order instead of communicating with me they just went ahead and gave me a $60 credit. I do not want a credit, I do not want the groceries. I want my money back and I have to rely on an email to get that back? And I absolutely will not be using this company beyond getting my credits used up.
App constantly crashes
This thing crashes if you do anything other than basically view an item. Want to upload payment method? It crashes. Want to submit an “issue”? It crashes after you spent 20 minutes and finally hit “submit”. Want to upload a picture on your first attempt at doing so? It will will crash instantly when you try to access your files or your photos. And all because I wanted to report literally four things of callie hot biscuits are moldy
Not as “affordable”
The majority of prices are not better than your every day grocery store. Maybe lower than a Whole Foods but not as many discounts as I was expecting and hoping for. Delivery is great and well packaged. I can just find better pricing shopping for myself on most things.
