I customized the sizes and it was completely off. There was supposed to be a high split, there was none. When I tried to tell "customer satisfaction team" they wanted to offer me 15% of what I paid for the dress for a local tailor. Totally unacceptable. The dresses on the website are beautiful, but what you receive is something else. I wouldn't recommend this place -- cardb333, 2026-10-29 ### ***** "It was perfect!" I ordered this dress to wear at our son’s wedding. The fit could not have been more perfect. Lots of people commented on how well it fit me. My dress designer commented on how well it was made and how well it fit. I had a few alterations for height and embellishment, just for my liking. I suggest that you know your measurements and compare them to that of the dress. I would absolutely order from MISSACC again. -- Yoncey327, 2026-10-25 ### *---- "Received Damaged Dress/No Refund" I f I could give zero stars I would. I purchased the Mother of the Bride Dress SMBD12696 totaling $204.99. When I received it, it had a hole in the netting near the zipper at the top of the dress - very visible. I sent a picture immediately and reported this. I was told that because it’s a custom size, there would be no refund. They said they would credit me $29 for a repair. I explained that $29 wouldn’t begin to pay for a repair, but more importantly my daughter’s wedding had already taken place and I was unable to wear the dress due to the damage. Missacc’s continued focus was it being a “custom size” therefore they would not be able to resell it and would take a loss. Then they offered $42.96 for a repair and told me they had gone “above and beyond” for me. This has never been an issue about the fit or the custom size. It’s always been about receiving a damaged and unusable product. It’s apparently Missacc’s company policy for the customer (me) to absorb the $204.99 loss for a damaged product. They deem this “going above and beyond.” -- @KelliL09, 2026-10-20 ### *---- "Terrible Quality" Looks great on a model size 3. Five layers of polyester. Huge, baggy and cheap material. Don’t waste your money. I’m not a few days to return it. -- Ugly pant suit, 2026-10-20 ### *---- "Couldn’t send dress back for bigger size" I ordered a dress here that I loved however it did not zip at the top of the dress & the shoulders were a bit tight. I wanted to send the dress back & exchange it for a bigger size even if I had to pay for shipping. Long story they told me they “don’t accept exchanges at this time” & could give me a partial refund of $21 when the dress was $140. I had never dealt with a dress company this complicated. When I placed the order I ordered the size that I am. I know some companies have different sizing/measurements. I am a size 10/12. After looking at the measurements & seen that a size 12 would fit me. That is when I try the dress on & it did not fit me. It has been a nightmare trying to exchange the dress. If I was asking for a refund then I would understand but this is not the case at all. The advice I can give is if you absolutely want a dress from here get one way bigger & get it altered bc if you get one that ends up fitting you small then it will be a waste of money bc they will make it impossible to get an exchange or refund. -- gr8athena, 2026-10-18 ### *---- "Malísimos no responden a los problemas con las prendas" Una mala comunicación no compren acá luego no te dan la cara te marean y no te dan respuesta -- 2739ama, 2026-10-17 ### *---- "Horrible experience" I ordered a dress, but it was too small. I wanted a refund and was willing to return the dress, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep making excuses and offering me different options that don’t solve the problem the way I want it resolved. All I want is to return the dress and receive a full refund. They are only offering me $35 for a dress that cost almost $200, which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to settle for losing my money when I’m willing to return the item. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they handle these situations. I will never shop here again, and I would not recommend this store to anyone. -- Tanyalee25, 2026-10-16 ### *---- "Don’t work" I can’t even get into the app. It kicks me out. -- HeyMor$69, 2026-10-15 ### *---- "Ordered organza & satin dress received itchy cheap tule dress" I ordered a-line sweetheart sleeveless court train organza/matte satin prom dress and received a cheap tule dress, scratchy that looks nothing like what I ordered, not in fabric and not in execution. Paid over $500 for the cheapest tule dress. It doesn’t show a place to attach a picture -- Monerielo, 2026-10-11 ### **--- "Beautiful dresses BUUUT!" The dress didn’t fit me they run big I should have measured myself better I was going by a dress I tried on at a store because I’m a size 2 but they run big, plz be aware they do not do returns you will be stuck with the dress because they don’t do full refund either, even tho the dress is beautiful I should have gone elsewhere it is what it is -- kari100%, 2026-10-08 ### *---- "Horrible. Never buy here" Ordered a custom dress which I had measurements taken at a bridal seamstress. Dress arrived several sizes too big. None of alterations were right. I had my seamstress alter but due to how large it was the dress did not look right. Support was no help. DO NOT BUY FROM Missac -- Rho Mike, 2026-10-07 ### ***-- "Dress Sheen - doesn’t match photo" The dress shown on the model does not have a glossy sheen. Fabric is satin so beware this material will be shiny. I was not happy with the actual dress sheen but chose to not return it for a refund. It is imported from China and requires shipping charges, restocking fees of 10% plus any Customs charges. I know that it was my responsibility when purchasing and I take full responsibility. I am letting further buyers understand the process. The dress took 12 business days to be delivered. It would need to be hemmed as I did not pay to have it altered before shipping. -- Crydberg, 2026-10-05 ### *---- "NEVER order from this company!!" I ordered two dresses and shoes (all standard sizes). The event change and I contacted them immediately to try to cancel the order. It had already shipped and they assured me I could return the items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Beginning with the day I received the items I requested a return. They repeatedly refused to send me the return information, tried to give me a ridiculously low credit to keep the items, then tried to say if I returned the items I would be charged all for all of these different fees that were not disclosed. This is a horrible company, with incredibly cheap quality products and horrific customer service. DO NOT ORDER!!! -- NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!, 2026-10-01 ### *---- "Dress is terrible" Dress is NOTHING like the picture or measurements I gave them and there is no way to get a refund back -- qwwrtygyb, 2026-09-30 ### ***-- "Put my order in" Ok - just ordered 2 dresses. I got the swatches and tape measure!!!! I am so glad I got them to really see the actual color. I had my friend help measure me! I am excited! I plugged in my measurements and sent it off! I will keep you updated! -- Therealdianalross, 2026-09-28 ### ***** "Real website and app" 10/10 would recommend they deliver fast! Every dress is customized to your body, or you can get your size and alter it. I ended up doing customized because I didn’t want to spend extra money on alterations. Also if something is off in your measurements they reach out to you before even making the dress. I put the wrong measurements and within hours they reached out asking questions and clarifying details. If you’re looking for a cheap wedding or prom dress but with amazing quality this site is the way to go. But please don’t order a month before you need it. I would recommend a couple of months. You won’t be able to return all sales are final due to being made upon order. -- heaven noel, 2026-09-27 ### ***** "Beyond expectations" Originally, I was skeptical. I didn’t think the dresses I ordered would actually look exactly like the pictures. The material is even better than I expected. We did customized sizing. The team reach out about my inconsistency of measurements and fixed it right away. They went above and beyond. In addition the dresses showed up 4 days earlier than expected. Our dresses are beautiful. The are for a wedding in 36 days! I can’t wait to share pictures! -- Kpena90, 2026-09-25 ### *---- "Kari Smith" Unable to leave ZERO stars. Proceed with caution. Horrible customer service. Chinese company makes it extremely difficult to return items. Offering instead coupons and or minimal fee and discourages return for full refund. -- mamasitamimi, 2026-09-21 ### *---- "Horrible Experience" I ordered a dress for a wedding Labor Day weekend….. the dress was scheduled to arrive 8/14-8/21….. it is 9/26 and I have not received the dress! No one will respond to my email request to cancel and process a refund. This is ridiculous! -- Xanma04, 2026-09-17 ### ***** "Hermoso,,Perfecto" Es el vestido más hermoso que he comprado,,,tela elegante y súper fina,,me quedo Perfecto!! -- Chyryna13, 2026-09-15 [View all MISSACC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MISSACC Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Shopping | #104 | | Top Free | Mexico | Shopping | #128 | | Top Free | Ireland | Shopping | #156 | | Top Free | Australia | Shopping | #189 | | Top Free | Canada | Shopping | #189 | | Top Free | Ecuador | Shopping | #211 | | Top Free | Belgium | Shopping | #213 | | Top Free | Argentina | Shopping | #226 | | Top Free | France | Shopping | #246 | ## MISSACC Available In -
